★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima vakantie gehad in Italië via deze organisatie. Alles was in orde op de locatie bij aankomst. Het boekingsproces komt wat minder professioneel over, en ik werd daardoor iets huiverig in de aanloop naar de vakantie. Maar bij ons is dus alles prima verlopen. Telefonische bereikbaarheid is wat lastig, maar met de mail is dezelfde of volgende dag doorgaans antwoord op je vragen. Minpuntje is dat ze geen ANVR/ SGR registratie hebben.
Had a great holiday in Italy through this organization. Everything was fine at the location upon arrival. The booking process seems a bit less professional, which made me a bit hesitant in the run-up to the holiday. But everything went well with us. Telephone accessibility is a bit difficult, but with the e-mail you usually have an answer to your questions the same or next day. Downside is that they do not have ANVR / SGR registration.
