Al vele jaren chalets gehuurd. Zijn ook voor volgend jaar weer van plan te huren.
Our experiences with Chalet plus have been excellent.
Rented chalets for many years. Are planning to rent again for next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooiste en helderste site, medewerkers erg vriendelijk. Heel tevreden maar zowel naam vergeten als Meerie (?) zouden nog naar alternatieve chalets kijken en dat mailen beiden niet gedaan en toen ik belde was naam vergeten op woensdag vrij en Meerie op donderdag vrij. Maar overall super tevreden.
Most beautiful and brightest site, employees very friendly. Very satisfied but both forgot name and Meerie (?) would still look at alternative chalets and neither did that by email and when I called, name was forgotten on Wednesday and Meerie off on Thursday. But overall super satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer tevreden over hoe de corona aanscherping in Oosterrijk is vertaald door ChaletsPlus in een aanbod voor 2023. Ondanks de teleurstelling van niet kunnen skiën wel een gepast oplossing. Op naar Oostenrijk in 2023!
Very satisfied with how the corona tightening in Austria has been translated by ChaletsPlus into an offer for 2023. Despite the disappointment of not being able to ski, an appropriate solution. Off to Austria in 2023!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Häuser perfekter Kundenservice! Antworten auf Rückfragen oder Anmerkungen dauern selten länger als einen Tag! Wirklich alles nur zu empfehlen! Rund um die reise/ Buchung wird man hervorragend über aktuelle covid Beschränkungen und Vorschriften informiert, auch zu allgemeinen Themen vorher klasse Kommunikation! Der Service ist vorher, während der reise und auch danach wirklich ausgezeichnet!
Very nice houses perfect customer service! Answers to further inquiries or notes are rarely lasting longer than a day! Really everything only recommended! Around the journey / booking you will be well informed about current COVID restrictions and regulations, including general topics before class communication! The service is before, during the journey and then really excellent!

-- Dat doe ik graag! -> Bijv, als een gebruiker die een optie neemt op een chalet wil ik gemakkelijk mijn optie kunnen bekijken om zo te kunnen bepalen of ik idd dit chalet wil boeken. Op dit moment zijn er workarounds nodig om dit voor elkaar te krijgen terwijl dit imo een basis feature is.
The offer is good, but the functionality and user-friendliness of the website leave a lot to be desired.
-- I like to do that! -> Eg, as a user who takes an option on a chalet, I want to be able to easily view my option to determine whether I want to book this chalet. At the moment workarounds are needed to get this done while this is a basic feature imo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas door aangescherpte Covid regels van de Oostenrijkse regering welke op 25 dec 2021 zijn ingegaan , kon ons reisgezelschap niet aan deze eisen voldoen ( kind van 16, en 2 jong volwassenen van van 19) voor onze vakantie van 31 dec — 8 jan. Wij zijn zeer tevreden met de verschillende opties welke chaletplus ons heeft aangeboden en hopen volgend jaar toch oud en nieuw te vieren in de sneeuw.
Tevens al eerder bij chaletplus geboekt, zowel zomer als winter.
Unfortunately, due to tightened Covid rules from the Austrian government, which came into effect on Dec 25, 2021, our tour group was unable to meet these requirements (child aged 16, and 2 young adults aged 19) for our holiday from Dec 31 - Jan 8. We are very satisfied with the different options which chaletplus has offered us and hope to celebrate New Year's Eve in the snow next year.
Also previously booked at chaletplus, both summer and winter.
