Ook de tweede kleinere bestelling werd vlot geleverd. Al met al superblij met de service en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar Now ordered something twice, 1st order just had contact by mail because my chosen item was not in stock and an alternative was offered with which I am very happy. The second smaller order was also delivered smoothly. All in all, super happy with the service and definitely worth repeating

Dat kan en mag wettelijk gezien niet. Oplichters! Reactie van eigenaar slaat nergens op. Toen ik de voetbaltafel kocht was deze online beschikbaar. Do not buy anything from this company! Football table bought online then a few days later email that I have to pay 40 euros extra! Legally this is not and is not allowed. scammers! Owner's response makes no sense. When I bought the football table it was available online.
R	Ruth Klaver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het was de laatste dag voor de lockdown. Het was redelijk druk in de winkel maar we hebben rustig gewacht. Zodra wij aan de beurt waren werden wij vriendelijke en goed geïnformeerd over de verschillende voetbaltafels. Wij hebben daarna besloten om de Toptable Competion Pro te kopen. Het is een behoorlijk pakket maar gelukkig paste deze in de auto. De voetbaltafel moest nog inelkaar worden gezet maar dat is geen probleem met de duidelijke beschrijving die er bij zit. Nu staat de voetbaltafel bij ons thuis in Friesland. Er wordt tot nu toe elke dag met veel plezier (en vele kreten en gelach) op gespeeld. Wij hopen in de toekomst, dat al onze vrienden en familie tijdens hun bezoek bij ons, veel plezier aan de voetbaltafel mogen beleven! Bedankt Champion Biljarts! As soon as it was our turn, we were friendly and well informed about the different football tables. We then decided to buy the Toptable Competition Pro. It is quite a package but luckily it fit in the car. The football table still had to be assembled, but that is not a problem with the clear description that comes with it. Now the football table is at our home in Friesland. It has been played every day with great pleasure (and many shouts and laughter) so far. Een kapot artikel ontvangen en eerst geen reactie op mijn mails en moest ik zelf maar bij de transporteur schade gaan verhalen, want ze konden er weinig mee omdat er al tijd overheen hadden gegaan. Uiteindelijk draaide ze bij op dat punt. Retour moet ik zelf betalen en verzendkosten krijg je ook niet terug. Deze winkel weet niet wat service is en ook niet wat de juiste regels zijn. Daarnaast heb ik natuurlijk ook grote twijfels over de kwaliteit van hun spullen. NB! Bad customer service . Received a broken item and at first no response to my emails and I had to go and recover damage from the carrier myself, because they couldn't do much with it because it had already taken time. She eventually came around to that point. I have to pay for the return myself and you will not receive a refund of shipping costs. This shop doesn't know what service is or what the right rules are. In addition, I also have serious doubts about the quality of their stuff.
