Shania is echt de topper van Change! Ze werkt super nauwkeurig, denkt met jou mee om de behandeling zo prettig mogelijk te maken en is super gezellig! Ik kijk altijd uit naar mijn afspraak dankzij haar, het voelt als thuiskomen. Na 7 behandelingen ben ik bijna haar vrij en kan niet wachten op mijn volgende afspraak!

Ze zijn niet duidlijk،what you said is another issue, i was talking about that you said offer offer, and sent me that it is till the end of November and I talked to you more than one time to ask for the offer, you said yes, there is an offer, and when i went to the kliniek I found that if I want to take ? offer I have to pay for a package, and also there a woman works in your clinic spoke with really rare way and said that I have to pay firstly, talking with me with rare way and also with my kids, that sounds not good, take care the next time and try to be obvious with your clients. I don't recommend it to anyone to go.

Good service and the laser works for me until now . However, I do not understand the company's policy of not accepting payment with card and demanding to pay with cash. In the first treatment personell recommended me to bring cash next time . When I went for the second treatment I was asked to pay in cash and I explained that I already went to two ATMs and they were both closed ( probably due to the coronavirus ) and they asked me to go and search for another open ATM after the treatment.I went to three more ATMs in my area and they were all closed . When I went back to the clinic I explained that there is nothing else I can do and I really want to pay and continue my day. The personnel asked me to wait because they first had to talk to their manager.The responce from the management was that they can make an exception and accept payment with the card but only for this one time and that next time if I don't bring cash they will not accept me . When I asked what is the reason that I cannot pay with card they told me that this is because they allow me to pay in installments and they provide me a kind of discount (?) . This make zero sense to me first because I was never informed that payment with instalment would mean that I would have to pay in cash and second because even if they provide a kind of discount how is this related with a payment in cash? All in all the personnel and service is good and the laser works for my skin but I have never felt more disappointed from a company's policy . I really would like to hear from someone officially why they ask us to bring cash especially when its ibout such a big amount of cash.

Friendly staff, gives lots of details about the procedures. Very conveniently located in Rotterdam center. They have a pretty unique laser Alma Q that I searched for in the entire country. So far the course of 5 treatments is going well. Just had my 3rd. Hoping to see some good results at the end. So far so good!

My experience here is amazing, I have been looking for a good laser clinic a long time and I can honestly say with relief this is the one! The staff always helps me with best advices and a fun experience! I have done many treatments here and you really see results. I highly recommend visiting this clinic for good results and comforting feeling while getting the treatments. A special reference to Tiëta, my laser Angel (10/10)!

Very pleasant experience. Have completed a full round of sessions and I am very pleased with the results. The staff is very friendly with a nice and clean environment. My last treatment was with Tessa and she was friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend it!

I have almost finished my treatment and I'm satisfied. Unfortunately, for me it was a bit painful but tolerable. Emma is excellent: she did her job perfectly and she paid attention to my needs. In my opinion, it would be great to have the opportunity to choose the person for the treatment.
