I havent get my order! When i asked for money back they said i have to wait till they get answer from dhl! Each time i call i get new lie about how long i must wait and how it works :/

I should've "listened" to the reviews... they have a really lame tactic of letting you know after the last day of delivery..that it will take double the time. So after 7 WORKING days..another 7. I cancelled the order ..and I'm going on vacation without correction sunglasses..which are vital for me. Don't waste your time, buy somewhere else.

3 years I have been a customer. 8 pairs of glasses I have bought for the family. I sat on a pair and the hinges were bent on the Balthazar. I bought a new frame and put the old glasses in the new pair of frames. The old frames I reshaped the hinges, low and behold they did not break!! Great quality, Great price! I save 400 euro as multifocal, varifocus customer. A pair I received broken but was within 2 days resolved and sent!! Thank you Charlie Temple team! Keep up the great service.

I had a pair of glasses bought on Friday 18 September, but I figured it had a problem because I didn't receive anything about my shipment after a few days. I called their customer service and they were super helpful. Called them on Tuesday morning, picked up the glasses in a DHL service point on Wednesday afternoon. Perfect problem solving!

UPDATE 2: Now about three+ years since my first review, a year+ since my first update, and think it 'wise' to offer a 2nd update. Now have purchased about 15 pairs of glasses from Charlie Temple (CT), and I've been a customer for (as mentioned) years, and 100% satisfied. The latest issue was a minor 'malfunction' in my most used and most expensive glasses. CT immediately remedied at no cost. This was not the first time CT 100% stood behind their product. In fact, about the same time as above mentioned issue, we had ordered glasses for my wife. They were slightly wide, and I asked CT about this, in contact with their customer service person, Noah, and he offered to replace the glasses. We (my wife and I) decided it was our (my) error, so we kept the glasses. But very nice that Noah offered to replace, and he said he would honor that offer if we later decided to exchange. Noah, I should say, was also great in taking care of my aforementioned 'malfunction' issue. My experience(s) with Charlie Temple: excellent product delivered FAST, excellent customer service, really stand behind their glasses, 5 stars all-around. UPDATE 1: Now about two years since prior review (below), and have purchased several more pairs of glasses, also on several occasions requested assistance from CT customer service, most recently for repair and replacement. Once again, just terrific service, 5 stars, could not be better. Courteous and professional via email, complete and super fast on turnaround. Thanks to Willemijn and the good work of others in customer service, most recent great experience: Sent two pairs of glasses back to CT for inspection, possible repair, were returned to me looking and functioning like new two (2) working days later. Fast, perfect results in terms of repair and replacement, 100% satisfied. Add to the service the overall product quality, value and speed when ordering new glasses (last glasses purchased were delivered the next day, and great quality), I could not recommend Charlie Temple more. Prior Review: Minor delay in delivery of first glasses, but so much faster than the shops, no complaints. Due to my mistake, first glasses not exactly perfect, so ordered second and was assisted by CT Customer Service. That service was excellent. A special thanks to Tanja. She really assisted me greatly in selecting how best to 'configure' the second glasses, arrived today and perfect.

I have ordered like 5 glasses. All in tip top shape and they all came within a week and the models I chose were robust to very robust. I have tried other sites like brille24 (so-so quality) and megabrille (terrible) but the quality at Temple was always better. Temple is not perfect, there could be more models to choose from and the glasses could come in different colors like yellow, green, blue etc.

I am absolutely disappointed in their service! When i ordered my glasses, it took them 2 weeks to ship...then when i finally got them, the glasses had to be sent back, because of headaches and nausea caused by the glasses! I have been waiting for almost 4 weeks ever since they received them. They barely answer my emails back. NEVER AGAIN! I want my money back

Received the glasses in less than one week. Really in love with my new glasses: perfect quality and design, and for a very little price! I actually recommend them!
