The owner called me. He is very rude. Like he said you want to call other company. Have a good luck and talking talking. There is no time for customers talking. Very rude. No best service.

When I tried to call back... there was the answering machine. Never anymore. Horrible experience. Zero professionality. If I could, I would give even less than 1 star. In reply to the owner... he sent me a message saying i had booked a taxi at 4 30 am and they were at 4 37 am at my place??? I was still till almost 5 am at my place... I had booked the taxi a week before... sending messages, calling even on the phone. Worst experience ever and liars too now.

He also adjusted the seat for comfort of the patient. He also brought wheelchair before patient got off from the taxi after reaching to Ziekenhuis. On time pickup, good communication, clean taxi. I recommend the service.
