Maar wij kennen de Kaas en Zo ook van elders, o.a. uit Hellevoetsluis, Sliedrecht, Zwijndrecht en nog veel meer plaatsen, het is een keten van winkels. En ook in Rotterdam kennen wij zo'n zaak. Daar noemen ze zich Gatenkaas en Zo. We begrijpen dat het hier om een kaaswinkel gaat waar alle soorten verse kazen, groot en klein te krijgen zijn. Wie echter denkt alleen in een kaaswinkel te komen met alleen soorten Nederlandse en Buitenlandse kazen, heeft het mis. Er is veel meer. De kazen zijn hoofdmoot en alles is vers en ter plekke gesneden, ambachtelijk noemt Kaas en Zo dat. Maar bij kaas hoort ook wijn en noten en zuid vruchten en zuivel en vleeswaren. Al zijn niet alle producten in alle Kaas en Zo zaken te verkrijgen, zie daarvoor de website. Toch de moeite waard bij Kaas en Zo een kijkje te nemen, een echte speciaalzaak.
