Er bleek dat product 1 dag later dan aangegeven leverbaar is- ze hebben alsnog op de oorspronkelijke datum een klein verpakking als tegemoetkoming gestuurd. Mooi gebaar en klantenservice! Lang niet meegemaakt in online wereld Shop Chewie's pet shop really surprised us. It turned out that the product is available 1 day later than stated - they still sent a small package on the original date as a compensation. Nice touch and customer service! Long time no experience in the online world

Heel leuk. Vriendelijke verkoper. Zakken 12 kg voer en andere aankopen werden naar de auto gebracht. Gratis parkeren voor de deur. Gaan zeker vaker terug? echt een aanrader?? Mega range of Brit dog food for a very good price. Good information about other Brit products. Got cans of wet food to try ☺?. Very nice. Friendly seller. Bags of 12 kg of feed and other purchases were brought to the car. Free parking in front of the door. Definitely going back more often highly recommended

Hier naar Chewies gebeld en ze zouden het in orde maken, dus niet. Na 4 werkdagen staat er op afterpay nog steeds een factuur, die ik al lang betaald heb. Kreeg vandaag een heel net mailtje, met excuses voor het ongemak en ze hebben op afterpay de 2de factuur gecrediteerd. had ordered dog food from Chewies, these also arrived very quickly, 2 days, only they sent an invoice to afterpay twice. Called Chewies here and they were going to make it right, so no. After 4 working days there is still an invoice on afterpay, which I have already paid. Received a very nice email today, with apologies for the inconvenience and they credited the 2nd invoice on afterpay.

Alleen de bezorger van de firma Instabox vond het niet nodig de zak voer van 12kg bij de voordeur van ons appartement te brengen, de doos (met zak erin) stond beneden in de hal (er is een lift) . . . . Verrassing, in de doos zat ook nog een lekkere versnapering voor onze hond :-) Ordered on Monday, delivered on Tuesday, great service! Only the delivery person of the company Instabox did not think it necessary to bring the 12 kg bag of food at the front door of our apartment, the box (with bag in it) was downstairs in the hall (there is an elevator). † † † Surprise, the box also contained a nice snack for our dog :-)

Toen ik erover belde werd ik vriendelijk te woord gestaan en vertelde de jongen me dat hij wat extra's bij de bestelling zou doen vanwege de vertraagde levering. Toen zei ik dat onze hond dat zeer zou waarderen omdat ze jarig was. Bij de bestelling zaten 2 extra zakjes hondensnoepjes en een kaart met felicitatie. Geweldig!! Bedankt Chewies Dierenwinkel!! Something went wrong with the shipment of my order. Can always happen. When I called about it I was greeted kindly and the guy told me he would add some extras to the order due to the delayed delivery. Then I said our dog would appreciate that because it was her birthday. The order included 2 extra bags of dog treats and a card with congratulations. Awesome!! Thanks Chewies Pet Store!!

Bol confirmed that the refused package was received by Chewies but they never refunded it. Then I wrote emails and tried to call but no reaction. Bol.com did the same and no reaction to them either. I have an email from bol to evidence that. So eventually bol.com had to escalate to head office and refund me (still waiting for that). In the meantime I wrote a bad review for them on Truspilot and they did all the work necessary to block the review! Oh so there are actually people working there, only not for their clients. I was asked to send all kinds of evidence to truspilot that I was actually a customer. I did, obviously, as I am customer. But this company needs some serious training in customer service.
