★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there because my regular salon was booked. The waxing was unhygienic and I had hair left. The girl tried, she seemed nice but her language skills are unfortunately not very good and she seemed very uncomfortable. Not really the atmosphere I’m looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad waxing experience at this place. they really rush and I was left with hair at the end plus the cleanliness of the place is very doubtful. The toilet smells terrible and when I arrived I felt like I was interrupting a private conversation between the girls who work there. They are all smokers which is quite unpleasant if you are not and are then breathed upon by someone who has just put out a cigarette and didn't even bother to put in some gum. All in all a very unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend this place for waxing and manicure & pedicure. These are the treatments I have been doing there for a while. I have been going there for the last 2.5 years and I would not change them to any other beauty places. It is very cosy and clean. The girls are friendly and lovely and always do the best for a client. They always try to adjust timing of appointments for the clients. Good service and quality. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The BEST place to get waxed in Groningen. Super friendly staff, very patient, very kind and reassuring (especially when you're getting waxed down there). They definitely know what they're doing, unlike other waxing locations in Groningen. 100/100!!
Ps: I am really looking forward to my next visit. I'm literally walking around looking like Chewbacca ?
