★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op zondag 04/07 rond 18.30 besteld. De Thuisbezorgd app liet zien dat het er over ongeveer 45 minuten zou zijn. Natuurlijk was het zondag dus kan het langer duren ivm drukte. Tegen 20.00 uur heb ik geprobeerd om het restaurant te bellen waar de bestelling bleef, maar ik kreeg meerdere malen gelijk de voicemail. De medewerker van Thuisbezorgd heeft een keer of 7 geprobeerd het restaurant te bellen maar kregen ook geen gehoor. Om 21.45(!!!) werd er aangebeld en daar was ineens de bestelling. De bezorgster (van het restaurant zelf) was verontwaardigd dat ik de bestelling weigerde en keek niet op of om toen ik vertelde dat ik ruim 3 uur geleden besteld had.
Natuurlijk kan het op zondagen drukker zijn waardoor het langer duurt en kan er iets mis gaan, maar geen communicatie vanuit het restaurant zelf en dan ruim 3 uur later komen aankakken...schandalig! Eens maar nooit meer!
Ordered on Sunday 04/07 around 6.30 pm. The Thuisbezorgd app showed that it would be there in about 45 minutes. Of course it was Sunday so it may take longer due to crowds. By 8pm I tried to call the restaurant where the order was, but I got the voicemail several times right away. The employee of Thuisbezorgd tried to call the restaurant about 7 times, but did not get an answer either. At 21.45 (!!!) the doorbell rang and suddenly there was the order. The delivery lady (from the restaurant itself) was outraged that I refused the order and did not look up or back when I told that I had ordered more than 3 hours ago.
Of course it can be busier on Sundays which means it takes longer and something can go wrong, but no communication from the restaurant itself and then show up more than 3 hours later...outrageous! Once but never again!

Op site stond dat men geopend was.
NIETS GELEVERD.
Telefonisch NIET bereikbaar.
Naar bedrijf gereden aan de kleine elst .
Was niet geopend.
Wel betaald.
Er bleek een fout te zitten in de site waarvoor bestellen mogelijk was terwijl de zaak gesloten was.
Betaling is netjes teruggestort.
Excuses bij deze geaccepteerd .
Binnenkort zal ik weer een bestelling plaatsen omdat de producten overheerlijk zijn

There appeared to be an error in the site for which ordering was possible while the case was closed.

Soon I will place an order again because the products are delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bijna alle restaurant die halal vlees verkopen hebben meestal een islamistische eigenaar ( Logisch) Er staat %100 halal bij chiken and fries. Je gaat er dan vannuit dat het islamitische mensen zijn. Uit nieuwsgierigheid ben ik maar is wezen kijken. Wat blijkt het is gewoon een nederlandse bedrijf met nederlandse eigenaren en werknemers. Deze bedrijf heeft ook bewust ervoor gekozen om alleen te bezorgen afhalen is onmogelijk. ( ik ben zelf zonder iets te zeggen de bedrijf binnen gelopen uit nieuwsgierigheid.) Ze zeggen dat het halal is maar dat is totaal niet zo. Nog sterker zelfs ze weten niet eens wat halal vlees inhoud. (Hun eigen product?). En dan kan je wel zegge hun hebbe een halal certificaat maar die krijg je al als je mekkafood (halal diepvries producten) gaat verkopen. Dus dat wil niks zeggen over hun hotwings etc
Almost all restaurants that sell halal meat usually have an Islamist owner (Logical) It says %100 halal at chiken and fries. You then assume that they are Muslim people. Out of curiosity I went to have a look. It turns out it is just a Dutch company with Dutch owners and employees. This company has also consciously chosen to only deliver pick up is impossible. (I walked into the company without saying anything out of curiosity.) They say it's halal but that's not the case at all. In fact, they don't even know what halal meat is. (Their own product?). And then you can say they have a halal certificate, but you get that if you start selling mekkafood (halal frozen products). So that doesn't say anything about their hot wings etc
