โ โ โ โ โ Donโt trust this place, they cancelled our order several times. Today we ordered 1 chicken and half and we only got 1. Now some of us are starving. Horrible service. We even called and they gave us no solution, and they even hanged up

โ โ โ โ โ The worse fried chicken I've ever had in my life. So dry I'm surprised you can even maintain a business like this. The chicken must have been fried twice or maybe three times the suggested duration.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice fries and delicious chicken. They also have a spicy variant. Haven't tried that yet so I can't say how good it is. A side of coleslaw accompanied your order and I think it's nice. It's reasonably priced and customer service is great. They can slightly improve the look (tidy) of the hand wash area.

โ โ โ โ โ Really long waiting times. Sometimes up to six delivery guys waiting, together with customers.
Food is okay, but not great.
The worst is it's immediate surroundings. Look at the photo and judge for yourself. Chickenway packages on the pavement directly next to the shop itself.

Meals are all about โฌ7.50 and include chips, a drink and fried chicken OR a burger. That's it. No ketchup or mayo, no dip, no coleslaw, you have to pay extra for all of those, which would make any decent meal pretty expensive.
The fries are dead, and there's no salt.
The drink is just a small can, so only 0.33 liters.
Everything's crispy, but the wings are dry, the legs are very dry, and the strips are Death Valley dry - like hard, salty, disgusting meat cookies.
Worst ever, nowhere close to KFC, and I should have chosen McDonalds right across the street, instead of being adventurous and 'going local'.

โ โ โ โ โ Never ever think of ordering from this place , bad service , we placed an order at 17:40 it is 20:05 and our food is still not here , we called 3 times and it is always an excuse ! If you canโt handle the pressure and deliver a good service please stop accepting orders when you think itโs too much! I f i could give less than a star i would do it!! Sooo bad

Delivery is preferable, you can wait at your location.
In store could be more friendly, at least a bit less rude. But it seems to depend on the person, and I assume they are busy.
I will continue to indulge in Chicken way as it is a tasty treat for myself and the family!
