★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vier keer gebeld, drie keer gemaild (eerste keer op 27/5, nu 9/7!). Mij werd de belofte gedaan dat er contact met mij zou worden gezocht/mijn vragen beantwoord zouden worden. Inmiddels zijn er ruim 5 weken verstreken en ontvang ik zojuist een mail; 'Het lukt ons tijd-technisch niet om jullie verder te helpen'. Niet fair, als je in de veronderstelling bent dat er met je meegedacht wordt. Beloften niet nagekomen.
 Called four times, emailed three times (first time on 5/27, now 9/7!). I was promised that I would be contacted / my questions would be answered. More than 5 weeks have passed and I have just received an email; "Time-wise we are unable to help you further." Not fair, if you are under the assumption that people are thinking along with you. Promises not kept.
