Great place to live! Very friendly staff, adequate care. Very transparent and they involve the network well. As a mother I am very satisfied.

Mijn neefje woonde eerst bij Lister en nu bij Chiqcare, wat een leuke kleinschalige organisatie en fijne begeleiding! I can only say that Chiqcare is a super nice care provider. My nephew first lived with Lister and now with Chiqcare, what a nice small-scale organization and great guidance!

Ze beloven je in het begin vanalles qua wat er mogelijk is (bijv bij een 3 maanden stage waar je dan dus ook niet op de begeleid wonen locatie kan slapen. Was allemaal prima, kon gewoon). Vervolgens tijdens het uitvoeren van die stage bijna dagelijks gebeld dat dit niet mocht en ik terug moest komen. De kosten van de huur zijn ook erg interesant, iedereen daar betaalde een ander bedrag, kun je x bedrag niet betalen elke maand kom je bij wijze van 100 euro te kort in de maand dan kan er ineens 100 euro per maand van de huurprijs af. Kei fijn natuurlijk maar wel erg gek dat dat zomaar kan en dat niet iedereen dezelfde prijs betaald voor dezelfde kamers. Qua begeleiding, mijn ervaring geen oog voor client. Client wil niet buiten de deur praten, pech. Begeleiding wil wel het gesprek buiten de deur hebben. Ookal trek je dat als client niet. Oh en niet te vergeten. Ze kunnen je zomaar van woning wisselen als een nieuw iemand toevallig in hetzelfde huis wil als waar jij zit en die vol zit. Ookal weet begeleiding/de organisatie dat die andere woning GEEN match is met client en je die woning met intensievere begeleiding ook niet eens nodig hebt. (Vathorst location) Not recommended as an ex client. In the beginning they promise you everything in terms of what is possible (eg with a 3 month internship where you can't sleep at the assisted living location. It was all fine, was just possible). Then, while performing that internship, called almost daily that this was not allowed and I had to come back. The costs of the rent are also very interesting, everyone there paid a different amount, if you can't pay x amount every month you are by way of 100 euros short in the month then suddenly 100 euros per month can be deducted from the rent. Very nice of course, but very strange that this is possible and that not everyone pays the same price for the same rooms. In terms of guidance, in my experience no eye for client. Client does not want to talk outside the door, bad luck. Guidance does want to have the conversation outside the door. Even if you don't like that as a client. Oh and not to forget. They can just change you houses if a new person happens to want to move into the same house you are in and it is full. Even though guidance/the organization knows that the other home is NOT a match with the client and you don't even need that home with more intensive guidance.
