About Chique en Simpel
Na jaren bij diverse horecagelegenheden ervaring te hebben opgedaan vond Ferry Schneider het in 2005 tijd zijn droom na te streven, een eigen restaurant. Hij opende in Sassenheim Restaurant “De Dikke Mik” waar hij na een half jaar zijn toekomstige vrouw Cindy letterlijk in het restaurant leerde kennen om daarna samen zowel privé als zakelijk verder te gaan. Na 8 jaar In Sassenheim gedraaid te hebben werd ons gezellige huiselijke restaurant te klein en werd er besloten te gaan verhuizen naar een grotere locatie. De keuze viel op het mooie historische pand aan de Heereweg 227 te Lisse en na een intensieve verbouwing van ruim vier maanden opende wij onze deuren aan het gezellige plein ’t Vierkant.
