★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontzettend deskundig...duidelijk...super vriendelijk...vrolijk....positief...attent...heerlijk geruststellend...vlotte en adequate afhandeling...nét geen twee weken van intake tot en met operatie, fantastisch....ik ben absoluut méér dan tevreden. Nicolle en "dansende collega" Yanou (sorry voor de naam, ik heb waarschijnlijk niet de allerbeste hoorapparaten..gnfgnf...), anesthesist, OK-personeel, chirurg Uludag...héél dik compliment!!! Kan helaas niet meer dan 5 sterren geven...maar op een schaal van 1 tot 10: een 11
Incredibly knowledgeable...clear...super friendly...cheerful....positive...attentive...wonderfully reassuring...smooth and adequate handling...just under two weeks from intake to surgery, fantastic....I am definitely more than satisfied. Nicolle and "dancing colleague" Yanou (sorry about the name, I probably don't have the very best hearing aids...gnfgnf...), anesthetist, OR staff, surgeon Uludag...very big compliment!!! Can't give more than 5 stars unfortunately...but on a scale of 1 to 10: an 11
