★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before meeting Chris I had already worked with two Amsterdam realtors and I was disappointed with their communication and disregard for my priorities and future as a homeowner and investor.
Chris works for the long run, he is not there to get "just another sale" and leave! And it shows through how he considered my wishes and made recommendations to adjust my search criteria.
Once we found a place that he deemed good enough he explained all the pros and cons extensively and made suggestions based on his experience. After the offer was accepted he handled the process smoothly and let me know what to keep an eye on.
I'm very happy after working with Chris and would 100% recommend his services, when I'm back on the market I will definitely give him a call!
