β β β β β This is very disappointing I just was there at 17:30 and they was just busy closing , we want to buy and they don't sale anything, my husband told them in google they close at 19:30 but they don't care. So please correct the time you close for don't confuse the clients.

β β β β β Always Love it there, delicious great service of helps whenever you want to buy something to eat or drink...???? But their closing time they put on Google isn't correct, they should try to change that because when they say they're closed at 19:30 and people goes there to buy something to eat or drink from after 17: 00 and they can't; that's disappointing because they said the closing time is 19:30.
So they should try to change the closing time that's on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday the closing time and not correct for the rest is ok.?

β β β β β This was the first time I bought something from your bakery and I had a bad experience with your customer service. Earlier this afternoon, I ordered 2 big churros one with chocolate and the other one is plain sugar. Some person took away with my order and the staff of Churros & Sweets gave me the order of the other person which is 2 medium and 1 small churros with 1 chocolate and 2 plain sugar. It may sound good solution but still It is also very disappointing when the staff blame me that I didn't come to pick it up right away. I was there right at the back of the woman who took it. You should make sure that things like this won't happen. May I suggest that you issue a receipt or a number and verify them when you give them their orders.

β β β β β Extremely rude staff at the Zuidplein shop. Asked if they could make sure there is no peanuts in it due to a peanut allergy. They told me they don't know what oil they use and refused to look . β¬6 something down the drain.

β β β β β I had tried Churros couple times before in the US but theirs were very sugary, this place doesnβt use as much sugar. It was very cripsy and dark chocolate sauce also was very delicious
