Zij heeft mij in eerste instantie een goed gevoel gegeven, en leek het erop dat zij mij wel kon helpen. Zij zou mij terugbellen. Ik snap dat zij het druk hebben als advocaten. Iedereen heeft het immers druk in het leven. Maar als er toegezegd wordt dat er zal worden teruggebeld, en ik daar zelf elke dag achteraan moet rennen, dan voelt dat uiteindelijk niet meer goed. De receptioniste geeft elke keer aan dat er wordt teruggebeld en noteert elke keer mijn gegevens... Dit wijst er ook op dat zij mijn gegevens niet een hebben. Heel jammer, maar als jullie als kantoor het druk hebben, dan moeten jullie vooral geen toezeggingen meer doen. Dit geeft potentiele klanten geen goed gevoel... On November 8, I contacted Mrs. yourself. I explained my case to her. She gave me a good feeling at first, and it seemed that she could help me. She would call me back. I understand they are busy being lawyers. After all, everyone is busy in life. But if they promise to call back, and I have to run after it every day, it doesn't feel right anymore.
