β β β β β This review will stay until the matter has been finally resolved. This hotel is suffering from a lot of leakages, as confirmed by the host's/owner's employees. Due to this leakage my property got damaged and the owner is refusing to pay me back. He is basically ignoring me now, and not taking any form of responsibility or accountability. The whole situation has been seen and reviewed by 3 other employees, they have seen the leakage and the damage. Got pictures and footages to show and prove all of this of course.

β β β β β We chose the smallest double bed room which was great for a quick visit to Amsterdam. Parking was super convenient if you travelledby car! The hotel is located in a shopping district, so public transport is easily accessible. The staff were super friendly.

β β β β β This hotel will not refund or allow you to change your dates when Covid restrictions prevent you from visiting.
Very poor customer relations.
Steer clear from this hotel.

β β β β β I booked a non-refundable room weeks ago when The Netherlands was fully open. Just a few days before our trip, the country went back on light COVID lockdown and our trip was canceled. Despite the mandatory lockdown, the hotel refuses to help me out in any way. No credit voucher and no refund of any kind - even during this totally unexpected pandemic situation that is not our fault. The manager responded in a rude and dismissive fashion. Will never stay at this hotel again. Money is more important to this hotel than its guests.

β β β β β We booked two rooms at this hotel for last weekend. (14-17.10.) When we then wanted to check in one day later (15.10.) than planned, our room was already overbooked and rented to other guests. We clearly answered several calls and emails beforehand and it was clear that we would arrive. However, it should be possible to choose the time spontaneously. Since the hotel had already called several times before our stay to make sure that we were actually staying there, it was quickly clear to us that the hotel seems to overbook the rooms regularly.
When I was then refused my booked room, I was cheekily also offered a room for 240 euros a night. The behaviour of the unfriendly staff is unacceptable and more than impertinent.

β β β β β I highly recommend.
First of all, the staff is amazingly kind. The surroundings offers everything you can need, so many shops...
It is peacefull area, for family, next to an open lake you want to take your children with free animals and all...
The best spot I have ever been in Amsterdam.

β β β β β The beds are SO comfortable!
Staff are very nice people, they are a good team! Hotel is 2 mins from tram into Amsterdam.
Area is rough, sink in the room gets dirty quite quickly and no cleaning of the room if you stay a few days.

β β β β β Got here in a storm. No trains trams or buses. 70e taxi nah we will walk it. 90 mins in the rain. Hotel is quaint, cute and the staff are friendly and lovely. Attila gave us our room keys, nice guy and helpful. Clean cute rooms. Close to everything needed. Beers cold, lattes warm and the wifi is strong. Id say straight up book here. Good price and worth more than i paid.
