N	Nicholas Dobbinga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had ik de reviews maar gelezen!!! In 1 woord vreselijk. Na al die maanden van slechte reviews en opmerkngen is er nog helemaal niets aan gedaan. Smerig en ongezellig!! Nog nooit zo slecht meegemaakt en we zijn wel wat gewend. If only I had read the reviews !!! Terrible in one word. After all those months of bad reviews and comments, nothing has been done about it. Filthy and cheerless !! Never experienced this bad and we are used to something.
E	Erna van Dam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen hemelbed. Geen bad, maar douche. Ontbijt is veel kariger dan op de foto. Vloer is erg vies. Erg ongezellige kamer. Onprettig ontvangst. Wel goed bed en de douche is ook goed. No four-poster bed. No bath, but shower. Breakfast is much more meager than in the photo. Floor is very dirty. Very uninviting room. Unpleasant reception. Good bed and the shower is also good.

Vloer is smerig en een ontbijt voor 15 euro erbij waar je geen warme broodjes hebt, maar het ontbijt al de dag ervoor om 17 uur in de koelkast staat. Extra groot tweepersoons bed zijn twee gewone bedden tegen elkaar aan geschoven. Heel jammer dit... Alleen een magnetron en koelkast beschikbaar. Deluxe Suite ?? Certainly not. Floor is filthy and a breakfast for 15 euros where you have no hot sandwiches, but breakfast is already in the fridge the day before at 5 pm. Extra large double bed are two regular beds pushed together. Very unfortunate ... Only a microwave and refrigerator available.
S	Sophie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechtste appartement ooit. 3/4 van de faciliteiten is niet aanwezig, kapot of niet shoongemaakt. Zilvervisjes lopen over de vloer, koffiezetapparaat zat vol met viezigheid van de vorige gasten, totaal geen mogelijkheid tot ventilatie en de "gastvrouw" is alles behalve gastvrij. 4 nachten geboekt, geen uur gebleven, waarvoor geen compensatie door ons is ontvangen. Absoluut geen waar voor je geld. De organisatie die hierachter zit steek al het geld in eigen zak en steekt overduidelijk geen cent in het onderhouden van de appartementen. Slechtse service en apartement ooit. Worst apartment ever. 3/4 of the facilities are absent, broken or not cleaned. Silverfish walk on the floor, coffee machine was full of dirt from the previous guests, no ventilation at all and the "hostess" is anything but hospitable. Booked 4 nights, didn't stay an hour, for which no compensation was received by us. Definitely not good value for money. The organization behind this puts all the money in its own pocket and obviously does not put a cent into maintaining the apartments. Bad service and apartment ever.

De wasbak was verwijderd, vloertegel bij wastafel ontbrak, wandtegels loslaten, vloer niet schoon was, ventilatie niet mogelijk was (anders dan klapraampje naar trappenhuis), geen daglicht binnen kwam, gebrek aan privacy was (oude glaswand met alleen een dun gordijn, waar doorheen het licht uit het trappenhuis volop naar binnen schijnt) en zelfs geen tv-toestel aanwezig was. Because it was a dirty, damaged 'youth cellar'. The sink had been removed, floor tile at sink was missing, wall tiles are coming off, floor was not clean, ventilation was not possible (other than folding window to stairwell), no daylight came in, lack of privacy (old glass wall with only a thin curtain, through which the light from the stairwell shines in full) and even no TV set was present.

Gordijnen sluiten niet, de muur met de andere kamer zo ontzettend dun, hele nacht wakker gelegen door de buren. Warm water knop in douche ontbreekt. Schandalig wat een dump! Alleen locatie is goed. Booked 1 night together with my son. If only I had read the Google reviews. What a dump. Curtains don't close, the wall with the other room so very thin, lying awake all night by the neighbors. Hot water button in shower missing. Outrageous what a dump! Only location is good.

The floor was marked, the walls were very thin and the people nextdoor kept us awake until 4am and there were no external windows. The bathroom was okay. For a basic stay its alright, just dont expect what is advertised for this location.
