★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me an appointment to see the renovation of an apartment I was interested. I called at least 4 times to discuss different things about the property. I arrived punctually to the meeting (that they wrote in their agenda) and they never showed up. Afterwards, I called and they said the apartment was already rented. It's a matter of respect for clients to at least call or cancel and not take their time for granted, especially after being in contact so many times. Bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly unprofessional agent. Arranged a showing for an apartment and immediately placed an offer. After asking for a response multiple times over 4 days and receiving no response, I was told that the property won’t allow pets. The agent knew from the beginning that I had a dog and the listing still states that pets are allowed. Do not recommend for the lack of communication, rude responses, and wasting my time.
