R	Ralf O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had de pakketbezorger net gemist, kon meteen bellen om de mogelijkheden te bespreken, en mijn pakketje dezelfde dag nog ophalen bij dit ophaalpunt in Dongen. Werd daar heel vriendelijk geholpen en mij zoontje kreeg zelfs paaseitjes. I had just missed the package delivery, I could call immediately to discuss the possibilities, and pick up my package the same day at this collection point in Dongen. Was there very kindly helped and my son even got Easter eggs.
V	V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pakketje gemist. Gebeld voor een nieuwe afleverdatum. Hele dag gewacht, zijn niet langskomen. Langs PacksCenter gaan om je pakket op te halen kan niet. Het is geen pick up point. Bel ze weer op, zeggen dat je pakketje weer onderweg is, terwijl je dat niet wist. Beloven contact op te nemen met de chauffeur om het bij buren af te leveren. Niet afgeleverd bij buren. Bel je ze weer op, beloven terug te bellen. Niks meer gehoord. Geen pakketje. Verdienen geen ster. Missed package. Called for a new delivery date. Waited all day, didn't stop by. It is not possible to go to PacksCenter to pick up your package. It is not a pick up point. Call them again, say that your package is on its way again, while you did not know. Promise to contact the driver to deliver it to neighbors. Not delivered to neighbors. If you call them again, promise to call them back. Nothing more heard. No package. Do not deserve a star.

Super om te zien hoe het ook kan. Cityline bedankt voor de TOP service. Tot volgende week dan mogen jullie weer pakketten voor ons bezorgen. Great service. !! Neat pick-up service. Friendly back office. And all packages are delivered at the agreed time / day. Super to see how it is possible. Thank you Cityline for the TOP service. Krijg je in deze corona tijd voor de zoveelste keer een bericht met wij hebben u gemist, terwijl wij met de hele familie thuis zitten. Dus u bent na Pasen pas weer aan de beurt. En hopelijk komen ze dan wel. Wees gewoon eerlijk en zeg dan ivm de drukte hebben wij geen tijd, maar niet van wij hebben u gemist!! En gooi voortaan een "niet thuis" bericht door de brievenbus, zodat je kan bewijzen dat 1 van je collega's aan de deur is geweest!! Maar nee. Lekker vroeg weekend willen houden zoals elk weekend en dan alles bij de spar afgooien zonder een enkele bezorgpoging dat is lekker makkelijk! Ik hoop snel dat er een bezorgdienst in Dongen komt die het wel waar kan maken om op tijd te leveren of die in ieder geval wel de ballen heeft om eerlijk te zijn! BE WARNED!! t	talleke1972 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al voor de zoveelste keer, dat ik van post nl een bericht krijg dat ze op zaterdag in de middag tussen 2u en 6u een pakket komen bezorgen. Dan krijg ik 's morgens een kaartje in de bus, dat ik niet thuis was en dat ik op maandag na 15u het pakket bij de spar op kan halen. Ik was gewoon thuis en de bel doet het gewoon! Ik vind dit bedrijf echt slecht en ga hier zeker weten een klacht over indienen bij post nl. Wat een bagger bedrijf zeg!!! For the umpteenth time, I receive a message from post nl that they will deliver a package on Saturday afternoon between 2 and 6 am. Then in the morning I get a ticket on the bus that I was not at home and that I can pick up the package at the fir on Monday after 3 pm. I was just home and the bell just works! I think this company is really bad and I will definitely submit a complaint about this to post nl. What a dredging company say !!!

Complimenten over de afhandeling en communicatie. Today Cityline handled an urgent shipment for me, so that a customer of my employer could be helped quickly with a malfunction. Door Corona heeft de chauffeur, in dit geval een dame, de regels in acht genomen en op afstand gewacht tot ik open deed. Toppie. Today cityline delivered a package neatly and in full in Breda.
