En je krijgt geen compensatie terwijl je 10 maanden in de stank hebt gewoond door verkeerde aanleg van leidingen. Schandalig. Ik huur nu bij een andere organisatie en dan kom je er nogmaals achter hoe fijn de service van Cityside was! I was very satisfied with the service and the house. Malfunctions were quickly resolved by the men of the art. Mails were answered the same day. I am now renting from another organization and then you will find out again how nice the service from Cityside was!

Als huurder word je bij oplevering echter geconfronteerd met het feit dat de panden na oplevering snel verkocht worden aan beleggingsmaatschappijen en elke vorm van service blijft daarna achterwege. Na ruim anderhalf jaar wonen zijn er nog altijd veel problemen. Lekke brievenbussen, kapotte entree, lekkages, ontbreken van brandblussers (Let op: dit is wettelijk verplicht) en huurprijzen die worden vastgesteld conform afmetingen die in werkelijkheid veel kleiner zijn. Als je verhaal gaat halen ligt alles uiteraard bij de nieuwe eigenaar en wimpelen ze je weg. Ze kloppen nog even 75 euro extra uit je zak voor het invoeren van je naam in een intercomsysteem, wat achteraf helemaal niet mogelijk blijkt. Maar je geld krijg je niet terug. Juridisch zal dat allemaal wel kloppen, moreel is dit verwerpelijk. Snel geld verdienen in deze tijden van krapte op de woningmarkt en verder geen service verlenen aan de klanten, dat lijkt de werkelijke agenda van Cityside. However, as a tenant you are confronted on delivery with the fact that the properties are sold quickly to investment companies after completion and any form of service is subsequently omitted. After more than eighteen months living there are still many problems. Leaky letterboxes, broken entrance, leaks, absence of fire extinguishers (Note: this is required by law) and rental prices that are determined in accordance with dimensions that are actually much smaller. They add an extra 75 euros from your pocket to enter your name in an intercom system, which in retrospect is not possible at all. But you won't get your money back. De servicedesk is altijd even vriendelijk en behulpzaam en reparatieverzoeken worden meestal binnen een week opgepakt. Heb nu een mooi huis gekocht maar ik ga Cityside zeker missen en kan het iedereen aanraden! Middels deze weg; Bedankt voor de fijne tijd! Lived in a Cityside apartment for five years. Had a really nice time. The service desk is always friendly and helpful and repair requests are usually handled within a week. Have now bought a beautiful house but I will definitely miss Cityside and can recommend it to everyone! By this way; Thanks for the great time!

They will intentionally ignore your messages regarding cancelling the rent and they will ask you to pay extra. They will say it is in the "general rules" but all of those are not written in the contract. Already started the legal matter with them.
