★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor mij geen ster waard, sterker nog.... als het mogelijk zou zijn min-sterren te geven dan zaten ze op-5. Waardeloze kwaliteit. Kom je daar na aanschaf van 2 paar schoenen na een korte periode breekt gewoon de zool middendoor, van het andere paar komt gewoon de (basis) binnenzool omhoog tijdens het lopen... even een beetje lijm eronder en dan is het voor hun afgedaan. Hij is hiermee tevreden vind hij zelf echter als ik loop komt ie nog steeds omhoog?. "Ik rijgt ze niet vergoed van de fabrikant dus ik vergoed ze ook niet aan jou" waren zijn letterlijke woorden. Dan vraag ik je toch, waar is de klantgerichtheid in dit verhaal? Het paar met de gebroken zolen heeft hij wel vergoed,(hij kom hier in ook niks anders en kreeg ze van zijn leverancier ook vergoed) maar owee als het hen wat zou kosten dan denken ze totaal niet mee en is het voor hun al snel afgedaan
Mijn advies.... ga ergens schoenen kopen waar ze wel kundig zijn en meedenken in wat het beste is voor de klant en sla Claessens heel snel over
Not worthy of a star to me, in fact .... if it were possible to give minus stars, they would have been at-5. Worthless quality. If you come there after purchasing 2 pairs of shoes after a short period, the sole just breaks through the middle, the (base) inner sole of the other pair comes up while walking ... just a little glue underneath and then it is done for them. He is satisfied with this, however, he finds himself when I walk is he still omhoog?. "I do not thread them from the manufacturer so I do not reimburse them to you" were his literal words. I ask you anyway, where is the customer in this story? He did compensate the pair with the broken soles, (he doesn't get anything else in here and got them reimbursed from his supplier too) but owee if it would cost them anything then they don't think at all and it is quickly settled for them
My advice .... go and buy shoes where they are capable of and think along in what is best for the customer and skip Claessens very quickly
