★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onvriendelijk personeel fil. Kronenburg. toen ik de verkoopster een vraag stelde over een bepaald artikel antwoorde ze alleen met " Nee" en keer vervolgens de andere kant op...?
Af en toe een misteryshopper in te zetten zou niet verkeerd zijn.
 Unfriendly staff fil. Kronenburg. when I asked the salesperson a question about a particular item she only answered "No" and then turned the other way ... ?
Using a mystery shopper every now and then wouldn't be wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima winkel. Vriendelijk personeel. Leuke spulletjes maar van matige tot slechte kwaliteit. Over het algemeen ligt het prijspeil ook niet hoog maar toch zonde.
Great shop. Friendly staff. Nice stuff but of mediocre to poor quality. In general, the price level is also not high, but still a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuk, vriendelijk personeel en fantastische leuke spulletjes om te kopen. Meestal lopen we er snel langs, omdat het bijna onmogelijk is weg te gaan, zonder iets te kopen. Goede kwaliteit spullen ook en je hebt dan ook écht eens iets bijzonders.
Nice, friendly staff and fantastic fun stuff to buy. We usually pass by quickly because it is almost impossible to leave without buying anything. Good quality stuff too and you really have something special.

It says the store opens at 10am. If you are there at 10.30 everything is closed. Very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De dame met de korte coupe en bril is echt ontzettend onvriendelijk. Ik kreeg mee hoe ze tegen een klein kind tekeer ging omdat zij perongeluk iets had laten vallen. Het kindje zei nog sorry maar moest natuurlijk uiteindelijk toch huilen van de schrik. Jeetje het kan toch gebeuren...? Het zou je maar gebeuren dat ze tegen jouw kind tekeer gaat. De winkel is verzekerd tegen dit soort dingen. Dat noem je breuk...wij komen hier in ieder geval nooit meer...
The lady with the short haircut and glasses is really unfriendly. I learned how she raged at a small child for accidentally dropping something. The child said sorry but of course eventually had to cry from the shock. Gosh it can happen ...? It would happen to you that she would rage on your child. The store is insured against such things. That's what you call breakup ... at least we'll never come here again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik "moet" hier vaak heen met mijn dochter. Zelf word ik duizelig van alle felle kleuren en kan zo'n beetje overal iets op geplakt worden. Maar ik kom er graag. Mijn dochter (5) vindt het geweldig en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Zelfs als er iets onverwachts gebeurt staan ze klaar om echt te helpen en maken ze het verschil. Ik overweeg nu ook om kroontjes en toverstafjes te gaan dragen.
I often "have" to go here with my daughter. I myself get dizzy from all the bright colors and something can be stuck on just about anything. But I enjoy going there. My daughter (5) loves it and the staff are very friendly. Even when something unexpected happens, they are ready to really help and make a difference. I am now also considering wearing crowns and wands.
