★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie winkel in de Cornelis Schuyt maar schandalig dat een verkoopster (Russisch accent) onverwacht/onaangekondigd mijn paskamerdeur open trok. Heel raar en ongepast. Ook geen welgemeend sorry. Als je zo (wantrouwend?) je klanten in oud-Zuid bejegend, valt er nog wat te leren. Heb het als erg onprettig ervaren. Gelukkig zijn verkoopsters in PC Hooft erg aardig en professioneel.
Beautiful shop in the Cornelis Schuyt, but it is outrageous that a saleswoman (Russian accent) opened my fitting room door unexpectedly/unannounced. Very weird and inappropriate. Not even a sincere apology. If you treat your customers in Oud-Zuid like this (distrustfully?), there is still something to learn. Experienced it as very unpleasant. Fortunately, saleswomen in PC Hooft are very nice and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible & disappointing online shopping experience with Claudia Strater while ordering a leather jacket of 349 EUR. I had to make 4 or 5 phone calls to receive only an update of when they will be processing my refund because DHL couldn't deliver this item to my house. Each time they would say that they will keep me informed and obviously they did NOT. Only after telling them that I will contact the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets I managed to receive a confirmation that the item was back to their warehouses and that they will process the refund in 14 days. Lack of respect towards customers, unprofessional attitude and they claim to be a respectful brand.
