β β β β β In een half jaar tijd 4 lampen kapot teruggestuurd en dan krijg je te horen dat volgens hun beleving de lampen prima werken terwijl dat niet zo is! Gevraagd om hoe het op te lossen krijg je als antwoord dat ze wel 10% korting kunnen geven terwijl ik voor honderden euro's nieuwe lampen heb gekocht!! Klantvriendelijkheid is 0,0 voor een oplossing wordt ook niet gesproken en je wordt nog voor leugenaar uitgemaakt ook nee sorry koop hier nooit meer wat!
4 lamps broken back in half a year and then you will be told that according to their experience the lamps work great even though they are not! Asked how to solve it you get the answer that they can give a 10% discount while I have bought new lamps for hundreds of euros !! Customer friendliness is 0.0 for a solution is also not spoken and you are still called a liar also no sorry never buy anything here again!

β β β β β In 2020 een elektrische frees aangeschaft voor 55 euro. Na 6 maanden stopte het apparaat er ineens mee. Ik mocht hem terug sturen en kreeg netjes een nieuwe. Nu weer 6 maanden later, weer frees kapot. Ik doe het enkel voor mijn eigen nagels dus wordt totaal niet te veel gebruikt of wat dan ook! Echter krijg ik nu te horen de garantie is vervallen?, of te wel 55 euro weg en kan nu 10% korting krijgen ?. Erg jammer product uber slecht!
Purchased an electric milling cutter in 2020 for 55 euros. After 6 months, the device suddenly stopped working. I was allowed to send it back and got a new one. Now again 6 months later, the cutter is broken again. I only do it for my own nails so it is not used too much or anything! However, I am now being told the warranty has expired , or 55 euros away and can now get a 10 % discount ?. Very unfortunate product is uber bad!
