Maar totaal niet wat was beloofd of echt een persoonlijk interessant advies. Alles had ik zelf wel ook kunnen bedenken en is meer common sense. Daar is die sensor niet voor nodig. Wel heel jammer en uiteindelijk dit ook aangegeven maar niks mee gedaan. Ik ben er niks wijzer van geworden helaas. It was very disappointing. Very unfortunate. All insights were very obvious. "Too much sugar is bad, too much alcohol is not good". But not at all what was promised or really personal interesting advice. I could have thought of everything myself and is more common sense. That sensor is not necessary for that. Very unfortunate and in the end this also indicated but nothing was done. Unfortunately I have not learned anything from it.

Dat het eten van (veel) koolhydraten in de periode daarna voor een stijging van de bloedsuikerspiegel zorgt is niet nieuw. Wellicht had het ook met de verwachtingen te maken; voor een prijs van bijna €200,- verwacht ik wel wat meer dan alleen een grafiek met mijn suikerspiegel en daarop wat ik heb ingevoerd aan eten. De prijs-/kwaliteitverhouding is wat mij betreft niet juist. De app werkte voor mij niet intuïtief, waardoor het niet uitnodigt om de eetmomenten goed in te voeren. Jammer! Concept is nice, but the insights are - at least for me - quite open doors. It is not new that eating (a lot of) carbohydrates in the subsequent period causes a rise in blood sugar levels. Perhaps it also had to do with expectations; for a price of almost €200, I expect a bit more than just a graph with my sugar level and what I have entered in food. The price/quality ratio is not right in my opinion. The app did not work intuitively for me, so it does not invite you to enter the eating moments properly. Too bad!
