Sogar Kaffee und Kuchen gab es Mittags. Also rundum zufrieden gewesen. I was inpatient there for one night. I was super satisfied, great and super nice staff. The food was very good too. There was even coffee and cake at lunchtime. So I was completely satisfied.

F	Frank Rieger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe kurzfristig einen OP-Termin bekommen. Am Tag der OP kaum Wartezeit und super-freundliches Personal. Überhaupt kein Vergleich mit einem normalen Krankenhaus. Alle waren extrem zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und machten einen hervorragend kompetenten Eindruck. Keine Hektik oder Zeitdruck. Kaum zu erwähnen, dass die OP erfolgreich verlaufen ist. Ich kann die Klinik guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Die Anreise aus einer anderen Stadt lohnt sich dafür. I got an appointment at short notice. Hardly any waiting time on the day of the operation and super-friendly staff. No comparison at all with a normal hospital. Everyone was extremely courteous, helpful and made an extremely competent impression. No hectic or time pressure. Hardly to mention that the operation was successful. I can recommend the clinic with a clear conscience. The journey from another city is worthwhile.
D	Daniel Stark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patienten werden hier wie Produkte behandelt. Unfassbar unfreundliches Personal. Kein "Guten Tag", nur Kommunikation im militärischen Ton. Alles andere als der Wunsch so nach einer OP behandelt zu werden. Das Backoffice ist unorganisiert, keine Abstimmung zwischen den 360er Häusern. Über die ärztlichen Fähigkeiten kann ich nichts sagen. Wenn die zwei geschäftsführenden Ärzte jedoch nicht mal einen Dr. Titel erworben haben sagt das ja schon einiges.

Von der Anmeldung über die Vorbereitung zur OP und die anschließende Aufwachphase war alles sehr gut organisiert. Alle sind super lieb und fürsorglich. Vielen Dank an die tolle Anästhesistin. Ich hatte die beste Vollnarkose, keine Übelkeit in der Aufwachphase, kaum Schmerzen nach der OP. Sollte noch einmal eine ambulante OP anstehen, würde ich den Eingriff jederzeit erneut in der Klinik vornehmen lassen, auch wenn der Standort 60 km von meinem Wohnort entfernt ist. Had shoulder surgery 2 days ago. From the registration to the preparation for the surgery and the subsequent recovery phase, everything was very well organized. Everyone is super nice and caring. Many thanks to the great anesthesiologist. I had the best general anesthesia, no nausea when I woke up, hardly any pain after the operation. Should an outpatient operation be required again, I would have the procedure performed again at the clinic at any time, even if the location is 60 km away from where I live.
