Toen mijn fiets kapot was kwam ik terug binnen de garantietermijn, de man had het waarschijnlijk niet door dus had hij een nieuw onderdeel op mijn fiets gezet in plaats van een oud onderdeel (wat hij normaal dus binnen de garantietermijn doet). Hierdoor moest ik, ondanks dat ik nog garantie had, voor het nieuwe onderdeel betalen. Nu de garantietermijn toch voorbij is kom ik er nooit meer terug. Ik zocht een niet-gestolen fiets, maar het was een vergissing om die bij meneer Cloosterman te kopen. Not recommended because: my bike broke pretty quickly, the service is not good and the bikes are relatively expensive. When my bike was broken I came back within the warranty period, the man probably did not realize so he had put a new part on my bike instead of an old part (which he normally does within the warranty period). Because of this I had to pay for the new part, despite the fact that I still had a guarantee. Now that the guarantee period is over, I will never come back. I was looking for a non-stolen bike, but it was a mistake to buy it from Mr. Cloosterman.

The bicycles are in good condition and still run like a dream. I found that the service at Kloosterman was correct, informative and friendly. I was informed on the different types of bicycles and was allowed to test several. Upon pick up of the bicycle it is thoroughly checked and squeaky clean. If needed you can purchased accessoires such as a chain lock which I purchased once and still use it today. I have recommended them with succes to family and certainly would recommend them to others as well.
