Een van de bloemen uit mijn bestelling was niet op voorraad, maar dit werd direct opgelost door een bloem in exact dezelfde kleur en grootte toe te voegen. Dit alles netjes met mij in overleg. Deze winkel is een aanrader voor een betaalbaar, niet van echt te onderscheiden zijdeboeket.
 Beautiful flowers and very good customer service. One of the flowers from my order was out of stock, but this was immediately resolved by adding a flower in the exact same color and size. All this neatly in consultation with me. This shop is highly recommended for an affordable silk bouquet that is indistinguishable from the real thing.
