★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne gemoedelijke ruimte waar ik met goede begeleiding van de personal trainers elke week werk aan de doelen sterker lichaam en gezond afvallen na de zwangerschap. Het is prettig om te kunnen kiezen: ik train er met twee anderen, dat maakt het gezellig, maar kan er ook voor kiezen om alleen te trainen met een trainer. Veel afwisseling, fitness tips en voedingsadvies maar vooral de persoonlijke aandacht en de humor van de trainers tijdens het traject is top!
Nice friendly space where I work with the guidance of the personal trainers every week on the goals stronger body and healthy weight loss after pregnancy. It is nice to be able to choose: I train with two others, that makes it fun, but can also choose to only train with a trainer. Lots of variety, fitness tips and nutritional advice, but especially the personal attention and humor of the trainers during the process is great!
