Onze bij CNR aangeleverde goederen bleken mankementen te bevatten, dit werd door Ric keurig gerapporteerd met een uitgebreide set duidelijke foto's en tekst. Op die manier kon ik goed schakelen met de leverancier van de producten en was alles direct helder. Het eindresultaat van de bedrukking is daarnaast ook zeer naar wens: tot de volgende keer!
 Very professional party with clear communication to the customer. Our goods delivered to CNR were found to have defects, this was neatly reported by Ric with an extensive set of clear photos and text.
