★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people in the camp are humans too. Perhaps improving the communication at the reception and be more kind when talking to people over the phone?
At most refugee camps l visited in the Netherlands, security guards would also be assigned to pick up the phone. Which leads to often very poor communication experiences. That must change in ALL refugee camps in the Netherlands. Where you host humans, the communication needs to be humane as well.

I read below from the sir named: Folly Teko that he complain about the security guards. I know what he is talking about. Please beware these are not educated specially to deal with people in urgent need whom often left home far away. In case u have a complaint please refer to the staff at the institution inside (COA's). I personally will go here today and talk to the security guards. I know few of them and indeed some are MAJOR GRUMPY (underpayed job?). My sincere apologies Folly Teko! Thanks for let your voice to be heard! Bless you!
