★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een ontvangst!! koffie, koekjes hier zouden veel winkels hier een voorbeeld aan mogen nemen. En dan ook nog eens een eerlijk en goed advies! We kochten alleen een kussen. Maar voor ons volgende bed komen we zeker naar COCO-MAT in Arnhem.
 What a welcome!! coffee, biscuits here, many shops should take an example of this. And then also honest and good advice! We only bought a pillow. But for our next bed we will definitely come to COCO-MAT in Arnhem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed gekocht in de meest luxe uitvoering bij Cocomat Arnhem.
Na diverse telefonische klachten, en bezoek aan de winkel te hebben gebracht, en de adviezen van matrassen draaien e.d. te hebben opgevolgd, zonder succes, is ook de afspraak niet nagekomen om een thuisbezoek te brengen. Zeer teleurgesteld in deze firma. Een fles olijfolie is zeker niet meer voldoende om het goed te maken.
Zaterdag 5 februari, GEWELDIG GOED GESLAPEN! na bovenstaande review werd er vrijwel direct contact opgenomen met mij en hebben ze excuses aangeboden en een expert langsgestuurd. Deze constateerde een productiefout in het matras en hebben het netjes opgelost. Dank daarvoor, jammer dat er eerst kennelijk een slechte review aan vooraf moest gaan.

After various telephone complaints and a visit to the store, and after having followed the advice of turning mattresses, etc., without success, the appointment was also not fulfilled to pay a home visit. Very disappointed in this company. A bottle of olive oil is certainly no longer enough to make up for it.
Saturday 5 February, SLEEP WELL! After the above review, I was contacted almost immediately and they apologized and sent an expert over. They found a production error in the mattress and solved it neatly. Thanks for that, too bad it apparently had to precede a bad review.

I loved the expertise and knowledge of the owner about their products and the 100% eco friendly, natural approach. I am glad that we got such a good advice up front and only four weeks later we got our very own mattress delivered home - honestly one of the best decision on investing some money in a long time. Thanks for your help, the nice coffee, the good talks & baby presents!

Patries the shop manager is very sweet and I always feel very welcomed. The focus is not to sell but to help you find the right fit for your lifestyle and wallet! If you want to do yourself a favour then go to this store and try out one of these mattresses!
