 Nice selection of records, very friendly employees/owners. Very nice ok to talk to and have great stories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik bracht een pakketje van DHL naar de winkel. Meneer vroeg of ik lui was!!! Pakketje moest volgens hem naar de Lidl winkel en die zat ook in Zaandam.
Pakketje moest helemaal niet naar een winkel maar naar het centraalmagazijn maar goed. Hij herhaalde nog een paar keer dat ik lui was! Je bent gewoon te lui om het naar de Lidl te brengen zei hij!
Ik ben met een heel naar gevoel de winkel uitgelopen.
Als je geen zin hebt om pakketten aan te nemen begin dan geen DHL punt!
Hoe haal je het in je hoofd om dit tegen een klant te zeggen?
Voor de verkoop is dit bedrijf zeer vriendelijk maar als je met een pakket komt dan moet je het bezuren!
I brought a package from DHL to the store. Sir asked if I was lazy !!! According to him, the package had to go to the Lidl store, which was also in Zaandam.
Package did not have to go to a store at all, but to the central warehouse, but well. He repeated a few more times that I was lazy! You're just too lazy to bring it to Lidl he said!
I left the store with a very bad feeling.
If you don't feel like accepting packages, don't start a DHL point!
How do you get it into your head to say this to a customer?
This company is very friendly for sales, but if you come with a package you have to pay for it!

Beneden in de kelder staan 2e hands CD's & Vinyl.
Aardige eigenaar.

Denk handig DHL bezorg punt in de buurt open tot 18:00 kom ik aan hebben ze heel leuk een briefje op de deur qe sluiten om 13:00.
Ook handig dat dit op de website staat NOT.
Had gewoon een andere locatie kunnen kiezen of met men buren wat afspraken. Lekker geregeld
Leuk en aardig dat je wat wil bij verdienen maar dit zijn geen zaken. Slecht geregeld

Think handy DHL delivery point in the area open until 18:00 I arrive, they have a very nice note on the door qe close at 13:00.
Also handy that this is on the website NOT.
Could just have chosen another location or made some appointments with my neighbors. Nicely arranged
