In meinem Fall hat mich das gute Gefühl welches ich hatte nicht verlassen. Herr Colle ist nicht nur Händler er ist selbst Biker und weiß wovon er redet, nein er ist auch Mensch. Ein sehr sympathischer dazu,mit dem ich persönlich stunden verbringen könnte. Ich war auf der Suche nach einem neuen Fahrrad und war skeptisch ob dieser kleine Laden in Raesfeld Erle eins für mich hat. Aber wer braucht schon eine große Auswahl? Es muss nur das richtige dabei sein! Größe, Schrittlänge? Das sind die ersten Fragen bei colle, bei zwei Mitbewerbern habe ich diese Worte nicht gehört, nach einer langen langen Zeit später, einem gekühltem Getränk und einer NICHT aufdringlichen Unterhaltung habe ich mir dort ein Fahrrad gekauft. Drei Tage später habe ich es abholen können und weiß, daß mir dieser Service ein Internetanbieter NIEMALS hätte geben können! Desweiteren gibt's da ja noch die Garantie und den Service (Inspektion) des Rades! Wie und wo mache ich die wenn ein Fahrrad im Netz bestelle? Für mich steht fest das dieser kleine feine Laden mit seinen netten Leuten eine Bereicherung für alle Radler in der Umgebung ist! An dieser Stelle danke an das Colle Team ???? BICYCLE DEALER ON A WAVE LENGTH !!! When you enter a shop and you are greeted, you know within seconds how your visit is going! In my case, the good feeling that I had not left me. Mr. Colle is not only a dealer, he is a biker himself and knows what he is talking about, no, he is also a person. A very personable one with whom I could spend hours personally. I was looking for a new bike and was skeptical whether this little shop in Raesfeld Erle had one for me. But who needs a large selection? It just has to be the right one! Size, stride length? Those are the first questions at colle, I did not hear these words from two competitors, after a long, long time later, a chilled drink and a NOT intrusive conversation, I bought a bike there. Three days later I was able to pick it up and I know that an Internet provider could NEVER have given me this service! Furthermore there is the guarantee and the service (inspection) of the bike! How and where do I do it when I order a bike online? For me it is clear that this small, fine shop with its nice people is an asset to all cyclists in the area! At this point, thanks to the Colle Team ????

Dennoch nahm er sich meinem Problem an und nietete die Kette neu. Nach meiner Frage der Kosten, meinte er das sei "Service"! Wow! Ich erhielt noch einige Tipps zu meinem Rad und konnte meine Tour fortsetzten. Das alles ist heutzutage leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Herzlichen Dank! Was passing through by bike and had a problem with the chain. The light in the shop was already off and the boss was just about to call it a day. Nevertheless, he took care of my problem and riveted the chain again. When I asked about the costs, he said it was "service"! Wow! I received a few more tips about my bike and was able to continue my tour. Unfortunately, none of this can be taken for granted nowadays. Thank you very much!
