H	Hi ya it's me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had 2 funko popjes besteld, waaronder elvis presley in jailhouse rock. Bij deze hoort een onderplaatje (standaardje) te zitten, maar hij zat niet in het doosje. Dus deze is uit de doos geweest en niet meer terug gedaan. Op de mail kreeg ik als antwoord, die zitten nooit bij de funko pops, dus die hoort ook niet bij deze. Deze elvis staat op zijn tenen en blijft dus nu niet staan. Ik had foto's nagestuurd van elvis en een andere met standaard, om te laten zien, dat er wel degelijk een plaatje onder hoort, maar ik heb nooit meer wat van dit bedrijf gehoord. Niet echt klantvriendelijk. I ordered 2 funko pops, including elvis presley in jailhouse rock. This one should have a bottom plate (standard), but it was not in the box. So this one has been out of the box and never returned. I got the answer to the mail, they are never with the funko pops, so they don't belong with this one either. This elvis is standing on his tiptoes and so does not stay standing now. I had sent pictures of elvis and another with stand to show that there is indeed a picture underneath, but I never heard from this company again. Not really customer friendly.

F	Finding Friends on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre ordered the Pokemon Shining Fates ETB and it got cancelled with the excuse "we dont have enough stock, try it in a 1-2 months again, when we get new stock - good luck". So instead to leave the pre orders open till new stock arrive and then fulfill the order, they just overselling. Or at least ask the customer what should happen with the unfulfilled order. Thanks that i can buy it now from scalpers.
R	Richard Rijnberk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good shop to get some supplies. Not an enormous collection for my hobbies. But they had the glasses I required to do detailed painting on my mini's. It's a little out of my way, but was definitely worth visiting. Staff is also friendly.

I had to ship a couple of small packages and the rude owner wanted to charge me €2 for tape to affix the label. When I objected, he said he makes 30 cents per delivery as his defense for charging me for tape. At a delivery centre. A good business owner should know that it's not about the trivial cost of tape...it's about the fact that this small gesture has now impacted my willingness to ever shop here and to never refer anyone here. Unfriendliest service I've received in a while. Go elsewhere for your collectibles as this business does not deserve your money.
