★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit bedrijf is bij het leveren van mijn vracht tot twee maal toe de afspraken niet nagekomen. Mjjn vracht zou conform een eerder gemaakte afspraak geleverd worden en het gebeurde niet. Toen ik er over belde werd de eerdere afspraak ontkend en mij een nieuwe bezorging beloofd. Vervolgrns was mijn vracht er weer niet. Bij mijn poging om telefonisch te achterhalen waar de vracht bleef werd de eerder gemaakte belofde wederom ontkend. Dit bedrijf is een verzameling van stel onbetrouwbaar en onprofessionele planners die niet in staat zijn hun fouten te erkennen en in plaats van verontschuldigingen voor hun fouten proberen ze onder elk vrantwoordelijkheid uit te komen. Jammer.
 This company failed to fulfill the agreements twice when delivering my cargo. My freight was supposed to be delivered according to a previously made agreement and it didn't happen. When I called about it, the previous appointment was denied and I was promised a new delivery. Subsequently my cargo was not there again. In my attempt to find out by telephone where the freight was, the previously made promise was again denied. This company is a collection of unreliable and unprofessional planners who are unable to acknowledge their mistakes and instead of making excuses for their mistakes, they try to get out of any responsibility. Unfortunately.
