Investeringsprojecten worden alleen aan bepaalde bieder aangeboden en zijn dan in no time volgeschreven. Collin Crowdfund, NEIN DANKE!! Na de reactie van CCF: zet dan een investeringsproject niet op jullie website als er maar een paar gegadigden worden uitgenodigd om te investeren. En ja, er stond voldoende geld op de rekening, dat heb ik echter inmiddels al van de CCF-rekening afgehaald. Collin is certainly not the most customer-friendly CF organization. Investment projects are only offered to a specific bidder and are then filled in no time. Collin Crowdfund, NO THANK YOU!! After CCF's response: do not put an investment project on your website if only a few candidates are invited to invest. And yes, there was sufficient money in the account, but I have already withdrawn that from the CCF account.

Door Collin Direct is het ook mogelijk om vanaf € 100 te investeren in bepaalde leningen. Hierdoor is het ook toegankelijker voor mensen die willen investeren met een kleiner budget. Normale' leningen hebben een minimum investering van € 500. (Let op: Investeren is risicovol, je kan je inleg verliezen, investeer alleen met geld wat je kan missen). Als je wil investeren moet je er wel snel bij zijn. Leningen worden vaak snel (Binnen een minuut) volgeschreven. De meeste leningen komen om 11.00 online. Contact met Collin is goed, snelle reactie bij vragen. Al met al een aanrader! (Disclaimer: Ik ben pas sinds kort gaan investeren via Collin. Ik heb geen ervaring met leningen welke niet of deels niet zijn afgelost, hierover kan ik ook niet oordelen) Professional organization with a good platform. Bijzonder tevreden met de betrouwbare wijze waarop de informatie wordt aangeboden. Van de 10 investeringen, één default. Het uitstaande bedrag werd volledig uitgekeerd. De risico's lijken ook goed te zijn onderkend, hetgeen het vertrouwen in een goede aflossing verhoogt. Alle aanvragen zijn ook volledig hypothecair gedekt. Maar het geheel, zonder opsmuk, recht toe recht aan en duidelijk, bevalt mij. Over the past four years with regular investments in projects submitted by Collin. Very satisfied with the reliable way in which the information is presented. Out of 10 investments, one defaults. The outstanding amount was paid out in full. The risks also seem to be well recognized, which increases confidence in a good redemption. All applications are also fully mortgage-backed. Of course if I read the terms of conditions I would have found it but it's their job to visibly display the net rate that investors can expect. Support is non responsive.

I guess some people get a secret in? This makes it near to impossible to sign up for any investment opportunities these days unfortunately.
