★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie gordijnen Enige jammere is dat bij Wonen Totaal men niet openstaat voor teleurstellingen van de klant. Klant is in onze ogen geen koning hier. Gordijnen niets mis mee. Binnen twee weken binnen en worden opgehangen Helaas blijken ze te kort en wordt gelijk naar atelier gewezen. Waar de fout dan ligt maakt ons niet uit want wij hebben bij Wonen Totaal besteld In 1e instantie wordt geprobeerd dit dezelfde avond of volgende dag te regelen maar dit blijkt te positief Een week later zijn de gordijnen binnen Afgesproken om half 5 en helaas komt men pas om half 6 Allemaal niet erg maar spreek dan ook geen half 5 af... Bij het ophangen eea genoemd maar wordt helaas weggewuifd... Staat er niet open voor Hadden korting verwacht maar gaan er niet om vragen We hebben de factuur netjes betaald voor onze mooie gordijnen Echter zullen we hier helaas niet meer terugkomen..... Niet vanwege slechte gordijnen maar meer vanuit het feit dat het niet voelt alsof klant koning is....

We don't care where the error is, because we ordered from Wonen Totaal. We try to arrange this the same evening or next day, but this turns out to be positive. A week later the curtains arrive. at half past six All not too bad but do not agree at half past four ... When hanging up this is mentioned but unfortunately it is waved away ... Is not open for Hadden expected discount but will not ask for it We have paid the invoice neatly for our beautiful curtains Unfortunately, we will not come back here again ..... Not because of bad curtains but more from the fact that it does not feel like the customer is king ....
