After a previous disappointing experience and review, ComfortExpert was contacted. The boiler has since been serviced. Partly thanks to thinking along this time.

Onze vorige installateur had er een puinhoop van gemaakt.
Comfort expert,kwam snel en het probleem was supersnel opgelost.
Bij ons komt er niemand anders meer aan onze heteluchtverwarming!
We are full of praise for this company.
Our previous installer had made a mess of it.
Comfort expert, came quickly and the problem was solved very quickly.
With us, nobody else comes to our hot air heating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is teleurstellend dat na een aantal jaren van goed onderhoud ik nu al ruim 5 maanden moet wachten op een onderhoudsbeurt van mijn Brink installatie. Slechte communicatie zorgen er mede voor dat ik nu op deze manier mijn ongenoegen laat blijken. Jammer.
It is disappointing that after a number of years of good maintenance I now have to wait more than 5 months for a maintenance service of my Brink installation. Poor communication is one of the reasons why I now express my displeasure in this way. Unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Locatie Soest) Goed geholpen met een onduidelijke storing die zich uiteraard niet voordeed toen de monteur kwam. De monteur (Chris) heeft alles zo goed mogelijk onderzocht en, dachten we, opgelost maar aan het einde dag de dag pas het probleem helaas weer terug. Na een belletje met Comfort expert de werkdag erna was Chris dezelfde ochtend weer terug, deed het probleem zich wel voor en was het binnen 15 min opgelost. Dank voor de snelle actie ondanks dat we geen contract hadden!
(Location Soest) Well assisted with an unclear malfunction that of course did not occur when the mechanic came. The mechanic (Chris) examined everything as well as possible and, we thought, solved it, but unfortunately the problem returned at the end of the day. After a call with Comfort expert the next working day, Chris was back the same morning, the problem did arise and it was solved within 15 minutes. Thanks for the quick action even though we didn't have a contract!
