★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanwege problemen met mijn WiFi heb ik recent de nieuwste Experiabox V12 van KPN gekregen.
Daarna werkte alles weer perfect behalve het contact met mijn Raspberry waar mijn huisautomatisering op draait.
KPN bleek niet in staat hun eigen V12 zo in te stellen dat het weer werkte. Met Comfortica B.V een tijdstip afgesproken waarop zij mij mbv extern inbellen zouden helpen.
Kamien van Comfortica zat op het afgesproken tijdstip klaar en mbv teamvieuwer nam hij mijn computer over en binnen 10 minuten had hij de Experiabox voor mij op de juiste wijze aangepast.
Uit alles bleek zijn grote deskundigheid en nu werkt alles weer!
Geweldige service en nog gratis ook., een absolute aanrader!
Due to problems with my WiFi, I recently received the latest Experiabox V12 from KPN.
After that everything worked perfectly again except the contact with my Raspberry on which my home automation runs.
KPN was unable to set up their own V12 in such a way that it worked again. Arranged a time with Comfortica B.V. at which they would help me by dialing in externally.
Kamien from Comfortica was ready at the agreed time and using team viewer he took over my computer and within 10 minutes he had adjusted the Experiabox for me in the right way.
Everything showed his great expertise and now everything works again!
Great service and free too., an absolute must!
