Maar zit op nog geen 20km bij mij vandaan en wil ze toch het voordeel van de twijfel geven. Ze doen hart hun best en proberen je ook goed te informeren en ze hebben veel systemen op voorraad staan en ook nog eens voor zeer goede prijs. Heb dus een bestelling geplaatst, betaald en een week later opgehaald. Installatie doe ik zelf en afvullen laat ik doen. Al met al kan ik je zeggen mijn ervaring was goed, ze doen hun best en de producten zijn goed. Dit was mijn eerste systeem en wil nog een extra aanschaffen voor de woon/slaapkamer en dan kom ik hier zeker terug. Don en team bedankt Henk Burggraaf I've read reviews where you think I'd better skip this one. But is less than 20km away from me and still wants to give them the benefit of the doubt. They do their very best and also try to inform you well and they have many systems in stock and also for a very good price. So I placed an order, paid and picked up a week later. I do the installation myself and I have the filling done. All in all I can tell you my experience was good, they try their best and the products are good. This was my first system and I want to purchase an extra one for the living/bedroom and then I will definitely come back here. Thanks Don and team Henk Burggraaf

Na ong. half jaar problemen met de circulatie pomp gehad. dit probleem heeft Comfortklimaat gratis voor ons opgelost. Super toch!!!!!! LG monobloc heat pump purchased at the end of February 2021 at a very competitive price. After about half a year had problems with the circulation pump. Comfortclimate solved this problem for us free of charge. great!!!!!!

De jongens van de installatie (firma Van Maussel) waren top! Alles in goed overleg geïnstalleerd en netjes achtergelaten. Echt Top, een heel tevreden klant! Bedankt voor je tijd en moeite Don! Last week our bedrooms were equipped with air conditioning by ComfortKlimaat. Everything well organized and as agreed. The guys from the installation (Van Maussel company) were top notch! Everything installed in good consultation and left tidy. Really Top, a very satisfied customer! Thanks for your time and effort Don!
H	Hans van Bommel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima bedrijf. Al een jaar of tien geleden de eerste airco aangeschaft welke door Leo zelf is geïnstalleerd. Op andere plekken in huis ook airco laten aanleggen, waarvan de laatste (installatie januari 2020) even problemen heeft gegeven. Sinds een tijd werkt Comfortklimaat alleen als leverancier/importeur maar installeert niet meer zelf. Dan krijg je even het gevoel van: Ja wat nou als er iets mis gaat; dan gaat de installateur zeggen dat het aan het apparaat ligt en Comfortklimaat zegt dat het aan de installateur ligt... Maar dat is niet zo. Telefonisch contact gezocht en foto's uitgewisseld van een compleet dichtvriezende binnenunit. Advies was druk/lektest uitvoeren omdat er waarschijnlijk te weinig koelmiddel in zit. Uiteindelijk bleek dat er een koppeling lekte... Nu draait ie weer perfect. Leuk was dat ik twee weken later nog eens gebeld werd of het naar behoren opgelost was en nog steeds goed ging. Top! Groeten Hans van Bommel Hilversum Great company. Purchased the first air conditioning about ten years ago, which was installed by Leo himself. Also have air conditioning installed in other places in the house, the last of which (installation January 2020) caused some problems. For some time, Comfortclimate only works as a supplier/importer, but no longer installs itself. Then you get the feeling of: Yes, what if something goes wrong; then the installer will say that it is the device and Comfortclimate says that it is the installer... But that is not the case. Contacted by phone and exchanged photos of a completely freezing indoor unit. Advice was to perform a pressure/leak test because there is probably too little refrigerant in it. It turned out that a clutch was leaking... Now it runs perfectly again. It was nice that two weeks later I was called again to see if it had been resolved properly and was still going well. Top! E	Edwin Klepper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bedrijf waar ik 10 jaar terug voor het eerst kennis mee had gemaakt en nu ik in de woonkamer ook een airconditioner wilde, dacht ik meteen aan Leo, die mijn eerste airco op de slaapkamer geleverd en geinstalleerd heeft. Ik schrok een beetje van sommige negatieve reviews en was een beetje huiverig om via iDeal te betalen vooraf. Ik herkende wat er geschreven stond helemaal niet bij Leo, dus maar gebeld of ik via PIN kon betalen en dat was geen probleem. Binnen een dag mijn 2 airco's besteld en opgehaald! Wat een fijn bedrijf. Over service en garantie kan ik (nog) niet oordelen omdat de airco op de slaapkamer het al 10 jaar fantastisch doet, dit jaar laten vullen om er weer 10 jaar tegen te kunnen en ik hoop dat de airco's in de huiskamer het net zo goed doen! Update: Na een maand merkte ik dat de 3,5kW (buitenunit) meer herrie maakte dan de 5.0kW, dus even langs Comfortklimaat en omdat de airco perfect werkte ging de aandacht naar een vibratie in de omhuizing. Ik heb de schroeven iets op gelost en de airco getest en geen problemen meer met de herrie. Schroeven weer aangedraaid en probleem was over. Bedankt voor de tip! Gedurende de zomer lekker koel gehad in huis, installatie werkt zomers perfect zonder resonanties. Nu het winter is gebruik ik hem ook om te verwarmen en had niet verwacht dat dat zo goed zou werken. Dus alles bij elkaar een zeer tevreden klant. Company that I had first become acquainted with 10 years ago and now that I also wanted an air conditioner in the living room, I immediately thought of Leo, who supplied and installed my first air conditioning in the bedroom. I was a bit shocked by some negative reviews and was a bit hesitant to pay in advance via iDeal. I did not recognize what was written at Leo at all, so I called if I could pay via PIN and that was no problem. Ordered and picked up my 2 air conditioners within a day! What a great company. I cannot (yet) judge about service and warranty because the air conditioning in the bedroom has been working great for 10 years, have it filled this year to be able to handle it again for 10 years and I hope the air conditioning in the living room will work just as well ! Update: After a month I noticed that the 3.5kW (outdoor unit) made more noise than the 5.0kW, so I stopped by Comfort Climate and because the air conditioning worked perfectly, attention went to a vibration in the housing. I have loosened the screws slightly and tested the air conditioning and no more problems with the noise. Retightened the screws and the problem was gone. Thanks for the tip! Had nice and cool in the house during the summer, installation works perfectly in summer without resonances. Now that it's winter, I also use it for heating and I didn't expect it to work so well. So all in all a very satisfied customer.

Deel leveringen waren geen probleem. Na alles voorbereid afpersen laten uitvoeren via Comfortklimaat. Beide keren prima verlopen. Airco's worden geleverd tegen scherpe prijzen. Afspraken worden nagekomen en klantvriendelijk geholpen. Mocht je nog twijfelen gewoon bestellen en ophalen/afrekenen. Kortom mocht ik nog een airco nodig hebben zou ik het hier weer bestellen. Ordered 2 beautiful Mitsubishi air conditioners. Unfortunately due to delayed delivery because we had to wait longer for 1 of the 2. Self-installation. Part deliveries were no problem. After everything has been prepared, have the pressure tested performed via Comfortclimate. Went well both times. Air conditioners are supplied at competitive prices. Agreements are met and customer-friendly service is provided. If you are still in doubt, just order and pick up/checkout. In short, if I still need an air conditioner, I would order it here again.

Prima services. The employees speak to the customer well, every possible question about the product was immediately answered or explained. Help with loading no problem. Excellent service.
C	Collin Valkhof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben 2 jaar klant bij comfortklimaat en heb 2 ervaringen. Een daarvan was met een split airco geïnstalleerd door de eigenaar zijn zoon, helemaal top. Wat betreft airco’s is het kennis niveau prima! De andere was een Lg warmtepomp installatie, dat is een iets ander verhaal. Comfortklimaat is een zwaar expanderend bedrijf en dan loop je tegen zaken aan zoals bijv goed personeel en kennis niveau. Het probleem bij mij zat erin dat een oude medewerker (deze werkt er gelukkig niet meer) mij had voorzien van onjuiste informatie dat in combinatie met het nieuw aangenomen personeel welke nog niet beschikt over de juiste product kennis wat betreft warmtepomp installaties. Leo de eigenaar is hiervan op de hoogte en is met man en macht de opgelopen achterstanden aan het in halen. Ik ging er zelf op hoge poten naartoe om wat zaken te bespreken. Ik ben heel netjes te woord gestaan en Leo erkennende direct het probleem en heeft aangegeven “wij gaan aan het werk en links- of rechtsom het komt goed”. En het is ook goed gekomen, mijn warmtepomp installatie draait als een zonnetje en ben er blij mee! Ondanks dat er zaken niet goed zijn gegaan, krijgt. Comfortklimaat 5 sterren. Prijs kwaliteit is echt top vergeleken met de overige Nederlandse markt. Leo is een nette ondernemer en wil goed werk afleveren, hij erkend zijn problemen/uitdagingen. I have been a customer of comfortclimate for 2 years and have 2 experiences. One was with a split air conditioning installed by the owner's son, absolutely great. When it comes to air conditioning, the level of knowledge is excellent! The other was a LG heat pump installation, that's a slightly different story. Comfortclimate is a heavily expanding company and then you run into issues such as good staff and knowledge level. The problem with me was that an old employee (luckily he no longer works there) had provided me with incorrect information, in combination with the newly hired staff who do not yet have the correct product knowledge regarding heat pump installations. Leo the owner is aware of this and is catching up with all of his efforts. I went there on high legs to discuss some business. I was greeted very nicely and Leo immediately acknowledged the problem and indicated "we will get to work and turn left or right it will be fine". And it turned out well, my heat pump installation is running like a charm and I'm happy with it! Despite things not going well. Comfort climate 5 stars. Price quality is really top compared to the other Dutch market. Leo is a neat entrepreneur and wants to do good work, he recognizes his problems/challenges.
