★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meer dan 1 ster wordt het niet. Dingen beloven, maar nooit nakomen. Een klein belofte als het simpel terugbellen is al te veel gevraagd. Je zal maar te maken krijgen met dit bedrijf ?
It will not be more than 1 star. Things promise, but never keep. A small promise like simple call back is already too much to ask. You will only have to deal with this company ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In September een internet kabel aangevraagd en destijds werd ons 10 weken beloofd, inmiddels is het 16 April en hebben we nog niks. Al meerdere keren gebeld met de belofte dat we teruggebeld zouden worden door ze en elke keer niks van vernomen.
Vind dit niet netjes. Hoop dat we nou eens iets concreets meekrijgen van ze, dan pas ik dit misschien nog aan.
Update1: Inmiddels netjes contact gehad en hopelijk daarbij een goede afloop.
Update2: Alweer een beloofde terugbel datum niets van ze vernomen. Ontzettend teleurgesteld momenteel.
Requested an internet cable in September and we were promised 10 weeks, now it's April 16 and we don't have anything yet. Already called several times with the promise that we would be called back by them and every time we heard nothing.
Don't like this. Hope we get something concrete from them, then I might adjust this.
Update1: In the meantime I had nice contact and hopefully a happy ending.
Update2: Another promised call-back date didn't hear from them. Very disappointed at the moment.
