E	Es Ku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traurige Leistung für ein Amt, welches für seine Bürger da sein soll! Die Terminvergabe für Sachen die maximal 10min dauern ist einfach nur die Hölle. Man kann froh sein wenn man „nur“ 1 Monat warten muss. Telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen gleicht auch einem Glücksspiel. Danke für nichts! A sad achievement for an office that should be there for its citizens! Making appointments for things that last a maximum of 10 minutes is just hell. You can be happy if you "only" have to wait 1 month. Reaching someone by phone is also like gambling. Thanks for nothing!
K	Kai Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette Mitarbeiter, wenn man sowas wie einen Personalausweis beantragt etc. wird einem schnell geholfen. Bei anderen Sachen wartet man leider etwas länger. Ansonsten entspannter Wartebereich. Nice staff, if you apply for something like an identity card etc. you will be helped quickly. With other things you unfortunately wait a little longer. Otherwise relaxed waiting area.

Computer defekt: Die Bürger sollen sich in eine Liste eintragen mit Vorname, Name, Telefonnummer und Anliegen samt Begründung, warum das evtl. eilig ist. Eine Liste, wie u.a. Gastronomiebetriebe kritisiert wurden, weil ja gesehen werden kann, wer sich da alles eingetragen hat. Überall wird Wert gelegt auf Datenschutz - hier (auch) nicht! Der Besucherandrang dürfte sich in Grenzen halten - ein Zettel je Besucher wäre da nicht zu viel verlangt. Today, after a relatively long wait, the agreed appointment. Ich gebe zu, das hatte ich nicht erwartet und bin absolut positiv Überrascht. Yes, what should I say? Perfect! No waiting time, friendly staff and less than 10 minutes to change your registration. I admit, I did not expect that and I am absolutely positively surprised.

Das Team ist durchweg freundlich, was nicht immer so war, wohlbemerkt!! Viele junge, nette und hilfsbereite Menschen an den Schaltern. Onlineterminbuchung = TOP! Bitte weiter so. The waiting times are incredibly short. Was there about five times at different times in the last 3 months and didn't even have to wait 10 minutes. The team is consistently friendly, which was not always the case, mind you! Lots of young, nice and helpful people at the counters. Online appointment booking = TOP! Please continue.

Mein Freund und ich sind zwar geimpft und ich hatte nie ein Problem damit! Er hatte es nicht mehr auf dem Handy weil er es resetten musste wegen Problemen. Und dann muss man über einen Monat warten bis man sich ummelden darf! Ich hatte gestern auch extra noch einmal angerufen da hätte man das auch sagen können! Sowas hab ich auch bei Corona noch nicht gehabt! Absolute Frechheit! Good Morning Normally I wouldn't say anything but I'm pissed off! Now you can't even register without proof of vaccination! My boyfriend and I are vaccinated and I've never had a problem with it! He no longer had it on his phone because he had to reset it due to problems. And then you have to wait more than a month before you can register! Yesterday I called again because you could have said that too! I haven't had anything like that with Corona either! Absolute cheek!
