β β β β β Al vele jaren bij deze praktijk en bij ieder bezoek op mijn gemak gevoeld. De artsen nemen de tijd en luisteren goed naar je verhaal. Weten zelf heel goed waar hun specialisme ligt vandaar dat ik de ene keer beter af ben bij Dokter Monzon en de andere keer beter naar Dokter Zhou kan. De assistenten zijn vriendelijk en meedenkend. Al met al een praktijk waar ik heel blij mee ben.
Felt at ease with this practice for many years and with every visit. The doctors take the time and listen carefully to your story. I myself know very well where their specialty is, which is why I am better off at Doctor Monzon one day and better at Doctor Zhou the next. The assistants are friendly and proactive. All in all a practice that I am very happy with.

β β β β β Als je belt krijg je een onvriendelijke, onbeschofte doktersassistente aan de lijn.
Dokter MonzΓ³n lijkt in zijn oude praktijk zijn werk beter gedaan te hebben..
Er wordt niet goed geluisterd, zelfs niet als er iets serieus aan de hand is.
Geen tijd voor zijn patiΓ«nten blijkbaar.
When you call you will be connected to an unfriendly, rude doctor's assistant.
Doctor MonzΓ³n seems to have done a better job in his old practice.
They don't listen properly, even when something serious is going on.
No time for his patients apparently.

β β β β β Ik ben erg blij met deze huisarts. Ik zit er nu ongeveer een jaar. Fijne huisartsen en vriendelijke receptionisten.
Het enige min puntje vind ik dat je altijd erg lang in de wacht staat met bellen. Ben minstens een kwartier kwijt voor ik een receptioniste aan de telefoon heb. Verder wordt ik wel altijd erg goed geholpen.
I am very happy with this doctor. I've been there for about a year now. Great GPs and friendly receptionists.
The only minus point I think is that you are always on hold for a long time to call. It takes at least 15 minutes before I have a receptionist on the phone. Furthermore, I am always helped very well.

Doctors are friendly, experienced. Great advice and very professional.
But its by far the WORST experience I have ever had with a receptionist. She was rude unprofessional, she turned off my phone while I was talking explaining my symptoms and when I was in desperate need to refill my prescription medication that I got from that exact clinic. I know dutch people can be blunt but she was not blunt she was extremely rude. refused to help me and she suddenly started to have a conversation with someone else next to her laughing during our call then when I started to get angry and ask what her problem is as this is a health matter for me she she NOPE BYE and turned off the phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS ITS AN EMERGENCY OR IF THEY FIRE THIS LADY.
I saw that I was not the first person to comment on this and as I know this is not a place where service should be priority but really. Its really really bad and she does not deserve to ruin a wonderful place where I had an amazing doctor. Will never return and will recommend people to stay away.

β β β β β I called to inquire about being a new patient at this practice. The phone menu offered options in English which was very helpful. Even though they couldn't accept my husband and I due to our home's location, I received very nice and helpful service from a lady whose name I did not get but she had the same miserable cold I have and was still able to be pleasant and patient. Thank you for your help, and thanks to your suggestion, I did find another office that did accept us.

β β β β β Been going to Compass for a while now, and have had an amazing time with the doctors there. However the reception service is by far the worst I have experienced. I called a few days ago to book an appointment since my tonsils were a bit inflamed, they said that I was not allowed to come into the clinic because I needed a negative PCR test (which is understandable) and they told me to just take some paracetamol and call again once I get the results back. The same day I received by email a bill for the call that I made. In no way was I aware that a 5 minute phone call would be charged as a normal doctors visit. After calling again to ask about this they said that it was considered a consultation, which it wasn't since I called to make an appointment that I was refused. The receptionist was very sweet and told me to send an email back to explain the situation and annul the bill. However, when I did, they kept insisting that I had to pay 60 euros for that 5 minute phone call. When I complained, I was simply told that I was "not welcome at Compas anymore unless I paid". Worst customer service EVER!!!
