We hebben duidelijk (met foto's) van tevoren aangegeven wat wij graag gerealiseerden wilden hebben en dat was allemaal geen probleem. Achetraf bleek het toch niet te kunnen. Planken zijn o.a. krom getrokken. Ik werd verwezen naar de leginstructie, die ik niet op de website kan vinden, ook niet volgens de zoek functie. Als ik dan de noodzakelijke producten mis volgens de leg instructie, verwacht ik op zijn minstens een waarschuwing/vraag, maar dat is helaas niet gebeurd. En volgens reviews op hun eigen webiste, ben ik niet de eerste klant, die deze ervaring heeft, zie reactie 15-11-2019. Het kan gebeuren dat we elkaar niet geoed begrepen hebben, maar als ik dan een vraag stel en diverse keren dien te herinneren voor een reactie, voelt dat niet goed. Vervolgens werd ik van sales naar de prduct specialst verwezen en weer terug naar sales. Ik dacht dat het zelfs broers zijn. Uiteindelijk wilde sales alleen een compensatie geven op nieuw aan te schaffen planken, maar ja als de planken niet geschikt zijn voor wat ik wil, heb ik daar niets aan. Buitengewoon jammer en focus is erg op verkoop. Let op: het betreft composiet-vlonderplanken.eu en niet .nl, want dat is een ander bedrijf en daar heb ik geen ervaring mee. Perhaps good boards, but explanation and service is not good. We clearly indicated (with photos) in advance what we would like to have realized and that was no problem at all. Achetraf turned out to be impossible. Planks are warped, inter alia. I was referred to the installation instructions, which I cannot find on the website, even according to the search function. If I then miss the necessary products according to the laying instruction, I expect at least a warning / question, but unfortunately that did not happen. And according to reviews on their own website, I am not the first customer to have this experience, see reaction 15-11-2019. We may have misunderstood each other, but when I ask a question and have to remember several times for a response, it doesn't feel right. Then I was referred from sales to the special product and back to sales. I thought they were even brothers. In the end, sales only wanted to give compensation on new boards to be purchased, but if the boards are not suitable for what I want, it will not help me. Extraordinarily unfortunate and the focus is on sales. Pay attention: it concerns composiet-vlonderplanken.eu and not .nl, because that is a different company and I have no experience with that.
B	Beamare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een jaar wat problemen met wat planken en dit is perfect opgelost door het bedrijf die uit coulance nieuwe planken ter beschikking stelde. Dus goede service en after sales. Dit bedrijf zal ik zeker aanbevelen. After a year some problems with some planks and this was perfectly solved by the company that made new planks available out of leniency. So good service and after sales. I will definitely recommend this company.

Op het laatste moment hebben we ons toch bedacht om een andere kleur plank ten nemen, en dit was zonder problemen om te wisselen Bedankt! Planken zien er goed uit en de nieuwe vlonder ziet er ook heel mooi uit. Aanrader dus. The showroom was a bit smaller than expected (in a flower shop) but received good advice. Order and contact went well. Delivery was on time and complete. Planks look good and the new platform also looks very nice. Recommended.

Snelle levering in één week(Oost-Vl. België)! Srevig, mooi ogend. Super handig in pakket met alle toebehoren en online uitleg. Tevreden met onze keuze en klaar voor vele en lange terras-momenten. A few weeks ago ordered a total package (Gold line Compasiet-Taupe) and installed it ourselves of 25m. Very friendly and smooth handling. Fast delivery in one week (East-Vl. Belgium)! Srevig, nice looking. Super handy in package with all accessories and online explanation. Satisfied with our choice and ready for many long terrace moments.
