WU neu installiert, 4 Knowledgebase-Tricks ausprobiert, nichts half. Da bot Pohlmann mir an, Windows neu aufzusetzen, ich hätte noch einmal "Service" gut, weil ich das Gerät ja auch dort gekauft hatte, er werde alle Daten sichern usw., also kein Problem. Weil ich selbst das Recovery mangels Bootoptionen im Bios auch nicht hinbekam, willigte ich schweren Herzens ein. Die gute Nachricht kam am noch am gleichen Tag: der Pfiffige Azubi hatte die Lösung gefunden und das Upgrade auf Win10 aus dem Update-Stack rausgeschmissen. Ich musste nichts neu installieren. Alles wie zuvor, nur WinUp lief jetzt perfekt. Das war kompetente Hilfe!
My computer stopped getting Windows updates. I just called Microsoft. A Nefeli_F tried to fix the problem for 5 hours ... WU reinstalled, tried 4 knowledgebase tricks, nothing worked. Pohlmann then offered to set up Windows anew, I would have "Service" again because I had bought the device there, it would back up all the data, etc., so no problem. Because I couldn't manage the recovery myself due to the lack of boot options in the BIOS, I agreed with a heavy heart. The good news came the same day: the smart apprentice had found the solution and kicked the upgrade to Win10 out of the update stack. I didn't have to reinstall anything. Everything as before, only WinUp now ran perfectly. That was competent help!
