★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not provide a full Analysis to a broken computer. They tested a motherboard and declaren it broken. Then they were unable to give a review of the state of other important components of the computer (Graphics card, CPU, SSD...) . I feel scammed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry for another negative review, I do not like doing this , but your response included a lie so not only did I get a bad service, but they lie to mantain reputation online. To further clarify for future costumers who want their PC fixed, this company does not have spare components in which they can test what parts of your pc are working or not, so their analysis of a pc is basically worthless. They did not offer me additional research on the CPU, but just stated they dont have a motherboard to test it on. (I dont know if a computer store without a spare motherboard can even be called a computer store, or if they just lied to not do extra work). They might be great with phones, but if you are there for computers, it pays off to go directly to cool Blue, where I got my computer revised within 1h (instead of 2 working days) and guided me to know which components where broken and offer direct replacement. Sorry Marc, I dont like getting fooled.
